News - I Played Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded Early. New Vortex Maps
Welcome back! I was able to play season 1 reloaded of Modern Warfare 3 early, and today I am finally able to show you guys me playing it, but before we get into that happy new Year Happy New Year to you all I wish you all the best. Hey, last year was probably, if not definitely, my best year on YouTube.
Man, you guys went crazy. I really do appreciate you guys for all of the support that you showed over the whole year. I feel like in 2023, I was really able to come into my own with the cont. I was able to do a lot of the stuff that I really wanted to do too, such as move into my new apartment. I really do appreciate you guys, man.
You guys have shown so much love, and I'm really excited for 2024. To see what we can do, shout out to you guys. I still love you, so anyway, like I said, I was able to play season 1 reloaded early for those of you guys that don't know. Around a month or so ago, I was flown out to San Francisco.
Again, to play season one early, I made a whole article on that, and I was able to show you guys a couple of the new maps. The new guns were the Ram at the time and the new sniper, but also during that session, we were also able to play some of the Season 1 reloaded content, but we weren't able to show it at the time, but now we can.
Season 1 reloaded has a bunch of different stuff, including the vortex and maps. That's the thing most people are really excited about, and you guys are seeing gameplay of them now. There are three vortex maps all together. I was able to get gameplay for two of them, probably the two best ones, and I'm saving the best one until last, so make sure you guys stay tuned for that.
So on January 3rd, which is in a couple of days, season 1 reloaded is released, and that means the new event starts called Face the Vortex, and on the blog post, it actually says to enter the Flames of the Vortex to fight the cataclysmic. Rewards, whatever that means in this event, players will progress through the 15 available rewards.
Okay, that's interesting by playing in the vortex-themed Maps tetanus Satan's Quarry and Spard. Now I must say I might have already seen what the main reward is leaked on Twitter, and it might be a Cabo. I don't know. All I'm saying is it looks like fire, no pun intended, so I'm definitely getting it, but before I go into detail about the maps What's so cool about this event is that I believe, from all of the stuff that I've seen, there's going to be a limited time mode within this event where you can use the ray gun in multiplayer.
Which is crazy. I never thought we'd be able to use the ray gun in multiplayer, but I guess some of you may already have experienced the ray gun in multiplayer because of the cheaters, the unlock toolers. But anyway, this is Satan's Quarry, and as you guys can see, it's full of flames. Lava Darkness is a bunch of crazy stuff.
It's really cool, especially for this event. Obviously, personally, I prefer the regular Quarry just because I love the blue sky and the nice colors, but for this limited time mode and for its purpose, it's great. A lot of fun; it's a nice switch-up. I'll be honest, I was just messing around, running around, sniping on it, and stuff like that, but it was really nice to look at.
One thing to mention is that, of course, it's a whole season 1 reloaded update, so it's not only the new maps and a limited time mode that we are going to be getting; we're of course getting new weapons as well, so we're getting a new SMG called the HRM, and we're also getting a new LMG called the TAC evolver.
I don't know why we're getting another Tac. I'll be honest, we didn't get to try those, but I'm still a little bit confused as to why we're getting another tag. We literally just got the tack from what the week challenges were, or however we got it, and now we're already getting a tack. I'm a little bit confused, but hopefully it feels a lot different from a regular T.
I hope so. So here's the next Vortex map. This is, personally, my favorite: the SPO yard. This is, of course, the vortex version of the scrapyard. This one looks crazy; you've got flipping jellyfish. Flying around the sky, you've got all these glowy things to look at on the ground. There's just so much to look at; it's almost too distracting.
I didn't really want to fight; I just wanted to look around the map, which is really cool, especially because Scrapyard is probably one of my favorite maps anyway. They made it look really cool with this vortex map, and that's actually where the screenshot of someone using the ray gun comes from, so can you imagine running around with the ray gun on a small multiplayer map like that?
That's so fire. I really like this idea too—changing the maps for an event. It almost reminds me of stuff that we would see on COD Mobile, and I get really upset that it's not happening to us. So what I will say is that we should probably appreciate these little things because, I guarantee, if we saw this happen on COD mobile, everyone would be rioting, saying, Why don't we get this stuff?
I actually popped off in this game just a little bit, and I got a bunch of kills. There is also another Vortex map that I didn't have the chance to play, but it's actually rust; it's called Tetanus. I believe, and it just has these green effects in certain places, which is pretty cool. Don't get me wrong, but it's only rust, so it's a really, really small map, so there's not really too much they can do to it either way.
I didn't manage to play that one, but in my opinion, SPO Yard is by far the best one. I don't know if it's just me, but I've been itching for this new update. I feel like we've needed something new for a little bit now, especially with how the Christmas event went. Don't get me wrong, there were definitely certain aspects of the Christmas event that I loved, but when it came to giving us that blueprint,.
At the end of the Christmas event. I was kind of like, ah, it was kind of a waste of a reward, so I'm excited to now hopefully have this cam to work towards for this Vortex, event have new weapons to get complete new maps to play I'm really excited for the zombie content too, and I'm looking forward to seeing what they do with that.
I loved the dark ether, but I feel like that's pretty much complete now. There's not much more you can do with it, so either they add to that, which I'm pretty sure they will, or I highly doubt they will add a whole new act for a reloaded update. I could be wrong, but if they just add more zombies, I'll be really happy.
War Zone 4 season 1 is reloaded. I believe we are becoming champions. Quest, finally, you know, that was in War Zone 2, where you could get the five wins, and then you got the Champions. The Quest contract is where you could get those cool rewards. If you manage to complete it, that's coming to War Zone 3.
