News - Warzone 2 Season 1 Reloaded Road Map Confirmed. The Boys Event, Ranked Play, Mwz Act 5 Warzone 2
all right guys so today we're going to be having a look at everything we know in regards to season one reloaded, there's a lot of storage, make sure you do have been confirmed and a lot of things that are coming in the near future of season one reloaded which is going to be on the 17th of January so we're pretty much two weeks away it's going to be a Wednesday when that does get released, now with that being said it is going to be around 20 to 30 GB update so just make sure you do have plenty of storage on your console or PC now we're all are aware of how Call of Duty operate, in regards to these gigantic updates that take up a lot of storage make sure you do have plenty of storage available.
Then we should be seeing a road map for season one reloaded around the 10th of June, and then a couple of weeks after that, we should start seeing a road map ready for season 2, as season 2 will be coming out in the middle of February. Obviously, we are getting the Walking Dead crossover. I have covered a article on this topic before, and it is looking more likely that it's definitely going to be happening, so we're going to see the lights of Rick Grimes.
Michael, and potentially some other main characters. Of course the Walking Dead has a lot of spin-offs, and the current spin-off that is going to be coming out is in regards to Mish and Rick Adventures, so potentially. I am a big multiplayer player in regards to playing that over War Zone. However, like I said, the event was very simple and very easy to do, so if you haven't completed all your challenges, this is kind of like your 24-hour notice before you need to get them all completed.
Obviously, with that being said, at the end of the event, we are going to see the end of all the playlists that we've had available, so infectious holiday snowfight hangover 24/7 and shipers 24/7. It will end in 24 hours, so for you guys, grinding, levels, and camos on the smaller map of Shipus are going to be ending; however, if you are still wanting to play on a smaller map, meet 24/7.
It will be available as of tomorrow evening for you guys to go ahead and play now; it doesn't show any other playlist updates that we are going to be getting, so as it stands, we are only getting met 24/7. And then all your standard playlists will still be there, so now in the standard road map that we got for season 1, it did showcase that we should be getting two additional DLC weapons, and now we did get one of them during the CMAs event, which is the tack eradicator.
And that was very easy to go ahead and unlock, and then we are going to be getting a brand new SMG. As well, the HMR 9 looks like a very good SMG. It's meant to have a really fast fire rate with it. From the description that they had put now to go ahead and unlock this, all you'll need to do is complete some of your daily challenges.
This will be in your army's inventory. I would have imagined it to be roughly five challenges you'll have to complete, so it probably will be three daily challenges and then obviously getting two wins as well, so it should be very simple and very quick to unlock, and like I said, it's a brand new SMG that we will have available to use, and once you have unlocked that, there will probably be some challenges with it as well that will get you some additional bonus XP for challenge weeks five and six, so potentially, you will see all the additional information coming up very shortly.
Like I said, we should be getting the road map for season one reloaded on the 10th of January, so I would imagine there'll be more information in regards to challenges to unlock this weapon, and then obviously we do have the boys event coming up, so that was actually announced on the road map as well for season 1; it did state that it was going to be part of in season for the season 1 reload, which is pretty awesome, and the boys event was really good last year.
So this year, I think they're going to top it. We're going to see the likes of a star update as well, so along with this, we'll be able to get the likes of a train and a firecracker. That you'll be able to purchase from the store, and then we are going to get some limited-time modes, as well as that you'll be able to place, so we're going to get soup-up mode.
I'm not too sure exactly what kind of modes we're going to get on War Zone. I just know that in multiplayer, you are going to get some kind of souped-up mode, and I do believe there's going to be another limited-time mode for them as well. Now that there were some leak challenges on what you'd need to do to complete this event in multiplayer, I've not seen anything for War Zone.
I'm not going to go over the challenges today, as I have mentioned them in a couple of previous articles, but the challenges are pretty simple: you'll be able to go ahead and do them. In regards to multiplayer, we are going to be getting the brand new map Real 6v6, which is a pretty cool-looking map.
This was the third map that wasn't released with the launch of season 1. I would imagine there would be a 24/7 playlist. We tend to get a 24/7 playlist with any new map, so far in this game, just for the simple fact of that being launched. I would probably predict that there is going to be a 24/7 playlist, so you guys can try and learn the map as quick as you possibly can, and then we are going to get the likes of headquarters returning, which is a fan favorite game mode.
and we're also going to get team gunfight, as well. Now team gunfight, it's kind of in its name; it's literally gunfight, but it's team, so it will be a six-v6, maybe a 10-v10 in the near future, and then we are going to be getting rank play back. Hopefully, this will reduce the skill-based matchmaking in the game with rank play coming in, as you would have thought that would happen, for the simple fact that rank play is about playing players at similar skill sets rather than jumping in multiplayer.
Speaking of skill-based matchmaking, we are supposed to be getting some form of announcement or some kind of press conference in regard to everything to do with skill-based matchmaking. As the CEO of Activision has stepped down and the CEO of Xbox has taken over, we're meant to be getting some information, which would be the first time that has ever happened in regards to rank players, though we're going to see all new operators.
Operator skins reward Blueprints and all that good stuff, and obviously you're going to get yourself ranked up in there pretty cool, and then in regards to the war zone, we're going to get Vond Del lockdown, which is going to be returning. And we're going to also get cover Xville, so basically, what cover Xville is There's not been any official information, but there's been a few leaks.
