I mean, going into that, they were 10 points away from the top five and top six, so who knows, they might end up in the top three.
I mean, what a wonderful performance, honestly, yeah, and that's actually 40.5 points that just nets them a revival from them honestly in the last few maps, and especially to be able to close it out with two backtacks, excellent performances out of Chrissy herself, will it be enough for first place?
No, but is it a very commendable performance and a great job out of them, absolutely? Yeah. I mean, it's a good payday for sure if they're able to get into that top eight also; that's going to put them right around 163 points, which is a lot of points, so they will move up quite a bit on the leaderboard.
I can't wait to see once we get all the scores put in to see where people ended up, but I have just a wild guess that the Shifty team won this whole thing. Nameless, it has been eight maps of resurgence, and we have seen some premium action. Yeah, I mean, these guys have just been going off all day. We had some back-to-back winners from different squads, and different players had pop-off moments. It was definitely exciting every single game. I mean, these guys are just going at it the entire time because of the resurgence and how it plays, and I loved every second of it.
Well, there is one team that really consistently stood above the rest, not only with the first pair of back-to-backs but, of course, with the second-place pair of back-to-backs and consistent dominance across the board. Let's go ahead and take a look at the leaderboard. I pulled this up; no surprise.
Nameless, I don't think Shifty's team was out of first place once in this tournament. I mean, they just got that lead right off the rip, and, you know, we didn't want to call it too early.
