News - Stop Using Overkill. This Is The Best Perk Package To Be Running Warzone 2. Warzone 2 Tips

In today's article, we are going to be going over the best perk packages to be using right now in Warzone 2.0. Obviously, Warzone 2 is a lot different than Warzone 1. Whereas Warzone 1 was a race to get your loadout, in Warzone 2, you have to play much more tactically, and it's very difficult to get a loadout.

I actually think the meta might be landing on a stronghold. Doing a stronghold just so you start the game basically with your loadout because fighting for that loadout in the end game, or whatever it's called, is very difficult, so let's take a second to walk through the perks packages. Okay First of all, a lot of people are going to be going with this Overkill package, and I get it.

I also don't know why we're not able to customize our own packages; maybe that's something that's coming into the game or something that's never coming into the game. But I'm here to tell you to stop using overkill and start using this Commando perk package first of all, a lot of the guns that you're going to be running as primaries in Warzone can also be used at range like the attack the stb the cast off 70 for you all, of these weapons even like the rpk to a degree obviously it's not the best to be using up close but there's a lot of ground loot that you can use to supplement it when you're kind of fighting with kind of like when you're fighting ground stuff like that anyway.

What I'm here to tell you guys use the Commando per package, and it's for one perk and one perk only. Okay, fast hands, fast hands. We need fast hands in war zone 2. For the simple reason that after every single time you get a kill, it feels like you have to reload, especially if you're someone who uses the Fennec.

If you guys haven't noticed already, canceling your reload has changed. In war zone two, you're not able to cancel your reload, and just like you used to, if the magazine is out of your gun, you have to complete your reload. So it's making it a lot more difficult, but what this enables you to do is one, use equipment; two, reload faster; and three, swap weapons faster.

three, weapon swap faster, so say you have attack and offense attached, okay, or just say you have both those weapons attached, and you get the first kill with the fennec. Instead of reloading, you switch guns, and now, because of your fast hands, you switch guns even faster and pull out your attack, and you're able to get more than two kills.

The reason why we're using Commando as well is because I think high alert is extremely valuable among the base perks. I don't think many of them really change much. I think having Bomb Squad would be good, and having Tracker would be like my ideal perk package, which would be Bomb Squad and Tracker.

In the base perks, you have fast hands as your bonus, and then in the ultimate, I would probably go with high alert or ghost. There aren't that many UAVs on the map, most people aren't running heartbeat sensors, and most people aren't running portable radar, so I would either go ghost or high alert.

I think highlanding is key in this because there's so much open land and most people are playing very tactically and slowly, so you have to know how to hide and where to hide. I like to attack 56. I like the cast-off 74U; I love the attack V. I love the RPG, and I love the STB. The Fennec, I still think, is the best submachine gun up close.

I don't think there's anything that compares to it. But you always have to be reloading with this gun. You always get caught with your pants down. It doesn't have the best range, but up close, this thing is an absolute melting machine. I'm probably going to go bomb squad tracker, fast hands, high alert, or ghost, and that's going to be the entire class. I think cold-blooded could potentially be good, battle-hardened maybe, but battle-hard in multiplayer feels like it doesn't do anything, like blue doesn't do anything, so I'm also not really sure what bird's eye does in Battle Royale, and overclocking is absolutely pointless, so if you're someone who's running Warden, you are just wasting a slot on overclocking.

Sentinel, maybe if you want to be cold-blooded. I would understand, but what you guys should be rocking is fast hands because fast hands is the number one perk in War Zone 2 and also Modern Warfare 2.
