Off here, of course, we have the new update live on MW3, which is the rest of the horde hunt event, and you're now able to get this final Kill Shot Mastery operator.
But first, of course, we have 13 days left in this event, so we have a little bit of time here, but once this event is over, you'll no longer be able to get this operator. You need to pretty much collect bones and skulls from a bunch of different zombie types in all modes of multiplayer war zones and zombies.
You need base zombie bones, armored zombie skulls, hellhound skulls, and now mimic skulls as well, and the rewards have been pretty good. You've been getting a bunch of acquisitions in zombies: a tiny screams charm, a Dogs of Hell colon card, and now here finally a cursed ammo skin for the normal ammo box, which is not that bad, but of course what I'm most concerned about is this main Mastery reward here, the kill shot operator, which I think is so cool—a cool zombie theme.
I definitely like the Vibes overall, and I've said this in previous articles about having event mastery rewards that are not just a camo or a weapon blueprint but an actual operator skin. Is a Big W, and this is probably one of the better mastery operator skins we've seen we've gotten different skins before, there was one for the haunting event last year that was okay and we got a few more this year right maybe one or two this year for MW3 but this one is just a solid skin overall, nothing too crazy, but it's still a cool creepy zombie theme look there, so be sure to get this skin before this event ends, and hopefully for future events and especially Black Ops Golf War as well, we get more zombie themed operator skins.
I know for today's game, the event rewards the mastery camos, and the operator skins overall are going to be so, so fire TR always does a great job, especially with zombies. Of course, zombies originated with TR, so I can't wait to see what we're going to get there for this upcoming Black Ops game, but for more updates.
Update already made to mw3 zombie event
Sledgehammer did deploy another update to significantly increase the drop rate of mimic skulls to assist with the hord hunt challenges, so there's a new playlist.
Live hordo, Mimic Mania, which is the same type of vibe as the previous hordo modes. You're fighting zombies with a variation of hard points there as well, but there's mimics now, and apparently there weren't enough mimics and people weren't getting the mimic skulls. Now you can get mimic skulls in MW3 Zombie itself, but if you want a more concentrated area of mimics, this mode is probably the best place to do that now and get this event done as fast as possible, and of course we have some new bundles live in the store as well.
New trapped souls & cryptid operator added to mw3
The first one is Tracer Pack Souls, here for 2400 C points. no operator skin, which is very interesting, but we do get a Dg5617. Okay, not too bad; there is a cool look. Overall, you're getting a callon card, Spectre Vision, a large decal, and a charm emblem as well, so a decent bundle overall. I like the color scheme.
That shade of blue is pretty cool, but no operator skin for a bundle that costs 2400 C points. Again, man, I don't know. This would be a bundle that I could potentially get, but no operator skin just makes it not as worth it. I don't know. This does come with an operator skin for Jabber, which will give it a cool overall look.
I mean, I like the crypted kind of bundle trio that we've had. I think there's actually been four crypted bundles in MW3 thus far, but we got three recently for the crypted event, of course, but they all look pretty cool, all different kinds of Vibes, but similar as well. I don't know pretty cool stuff there; we have a Striker 9 blueprint as well as a black and orange color scheme, and we have another one for the Riveter here.
Okay, large decal and charma as well, so not the craziest bundle, but the operator skin is solid at 2, 000 C points.
All new mw3 season 2 ranked play rewards
Well, in terms of more limited time rewards for Modern Warfare 3, we have a bunch for season 2 multiplayer ranked play we do have 41, days and this ends as of recording this article so you have a decent amount of time but it ends before you know it and you want to space out your ranked play wins there so you can actually get a lot of the cool rewards so for the division rewards here we have season 2 ranked play at bronz are getting an emblem, silver another emblem gold this operator skin.
actually Four versions of the CDL operator skin, pretty cool season 2 gold, as well as a universal camo, which a lot of people were hating on all the camos. Actually, I think this one's not that bad, especially for a free camo. Really not bad at all. Platinum: here for platinum operator skins, we have an emblem as well as a universal camo, looking pretty solid diamond, as well as separate operator skins, an emblem, and a universal camo INF for lever load.
Okay, we have Crimson as well for different operator skins, their emblem, and then finally that Universal Camo iridescent. Same thing: four different operator skins, the emblem Universal C, and a calling card as well. This one's actually pretty sick, and then finally, here are the top 250. Not many people will get to this point, but there are still four separate operator skins, two different emblems here, one if you're the top player, very rare of course, or the other one for the top 250.
A universal camo This one's actually a bit lackluster; it would have been cool if it was more of a gold look, but it is what it is, and there is an animated calling card as well, so decent divisional rewards there for more season 2 rewards. Here, at five ranked play wins, you're going to get an MW3 season 2 competitor weapon sticker.
At 10 wins a pro-issuing MCW weapon blueprint, that's not that bad. Honestly, 25 wins, a farmed weapon charm 50 wins, and a hard-working weapon decal 75 wins. A ranked play season 2 loading screen is not bad, and then finally a season 2 ranked veteran weapon camo, which again isn't that bad, so are the rewards the best rewards we've seen?
No, of course, but it's free content that will never be available once season 2 of MW3-ranked play ends. If you care about that rarity factor, I would say go for it, and with the camos, you're getting the cosmetics. I think they're actually kind of cool, so you know, DBL, you'll be getting this stuff here now for future seasons.
