News - The Warzone 2 Season 3 Operators. Godzilla, Snoop Dogg & More
Enigma Swagger Rip Tide Doc Doabe even, which is crazy by line Corso. Bantam. Scorch, and Jabber Alpine, and even the warden We'll talk about the crossover ones in a second, but yeah, a number of operators are getting brand new looks in season 3, so that's cool to know that some of the fan favorites, and the ones that maybe haven't gotten much love yet cosmetically, are going to be seeing new looks at some point next month.
All godzilla x kong operator footage
I do want to go over the crossover with Godzilla X Kong because the new Empire does release at the end of this month, and I kind of want to kickstart that crossover as soon as possible. Season 2 Reloaded is releasing a King Kong Tracer bundle, and I don't think the King Kong operator look has anything to do with the movie, although it is a licensed crossover that is meant to promote the movie.
I don't think there is a mechanic looking at Kong, Person in Godzilla X Kong, the movie. I don't think we're going to see a Mecha King Kong at all, but it's cool to see an original take on this operator skin, although it could be Loosely inspired by the fact there was a mechanic Kong in one of the older movies from probably decades ago, there are actually leaks out there that do confirm we're going to be seeing separate bundles for Godzilla.
Shimo, and even Scar, so these are going to be characters that are obviously featured in the new Empire movie. Different finishing moves were discovered, which each reflect the focus of a certain bundle, so you'll see one on screen again for Godzilla, one for Scar, and one for Shimo. That should confirm at least three more Godzilla Xcong bundles, like I mentioned in the previous article.
I'm certainly hoping that we end up seeing something more than just bundles, though, for this collab is really crossing my fingers for another operation. Monarch-type event either on Ekhan or Fortune's Keep, we love to see the Titans fighting again all over one of those new war zone maps, especially with the New Movement integration. I think an event like Monarch would play even better with the current iteration of War Zone versus what it played like back on Caldera, we did end up seeing some Godzilla, one for King Kong theme bundles during vanguard's life cycle we had one for Godzilla one for King Kong one for mechazilla, and there were obviously cosplay looks for our various operators, whereas it's probably going to be something similar this time around again when we end up seeing bundles since you can't play as a life-size Titan of course in a match of multiplayer or War Zone.
Snoop dogg with cheech and chong
But don't forget about the other crossover with Snoop Dogg as well as Cheich and Chong. I'm thinking this season 3 ends up kicking off a little bit, or maybe at least throughout the month of April, which is still the first half of the season. We see a big 420-type collab of sorts, where you get in the span of a week or two a new operator bundle for Snoop Dogg, which apparently is a brand new operator, not just a skin for the old one, which kind of confuses me.
I'm sure it just is going to be a variant skin, but apparently apart from Snoop Dog, we're going to see Chich and Chong also added in, so that's three new operators right there for season 3, which I think would make perfect sense closer to 420, and that's of course way before season 3 Reloaded, which will end up being the first or second week of May, so they're probably going to drop those three bundles at some point in mid-to-late April, maybe even sooner than that, but those are three operators right there that have been leaked out for quite some time; they're completely original operators.
Although I think Snoop is just a variant skin for the operator we already have for Modern Warfare 2, it's crazy to see Snoop Dogg do three different Call of Duty, though right in Vanguard MW2. And now in this game, you could argue that ghost counts as well because he had a voice pack, but I'm talking about a playable operator.
Nba devin booker collab in reloaded
According to rumors out there, we're going to see another collaboration between Call of Duty and the NBA, so Dein Booker is supposed to be getting his own operator skin in season 3 Reloaded.
His operator skin was data mined, and it's referenced as season 3.5, Drop. And even a trailer is supposed to be dropping for that collab, and it's already been found by some of those hackers out there. Obviously, we can't watch the trailer yet, but some of those folks are reporting that one does exist, so that collaboration is just around the corner.
It could even release sooner than that, but based on the information that has been presented online, it looks like at some point in early to midday, we end up seeing another NBA collab with Call of Duty we saw with Kevin Durant during Modern Warfare 2's life cycle, so Devon Booker, of course, isn't out of the question if anything.
Who should be playable next?
As of now, I can't really think of anybody, maybe apart from Nikolai. That doesn't have an operator skin just yet. At this point, people are just waiting for some campaign looks and alternative skins for the operators that are already live inside of the game, and then, of course, we'll be getting brand new crossover skins likely every single season for the rest of the year, and that'll probably be a reoccurring pattern for Black Ops and every Call of Duty after that, but I think just about everybody has gotten an operator skin to my understanding inside the new Modern Warfare universe, but if I missed anybody, please feel free to correct me.
Closing statements
That is about it. We're about 2 and 1/2 weeks out and really looking forward to how many surprises we get in Season 3, considering. I think every third season of just about every previous Call of Duty has been a bit of a banger and kind of made up for any slack there may have been in like a season one or two, so high expectations going into April the 3D I really hope you've enjoyed it, and peace out.
