News - How Warzone 2i Can Be A Great Call Of Duty Game

how to make mwiii good

Weapons, or carry-forward weapons, are that hard to say carry forward, from Modern Warfare 2 trans going into Modern Warfare 3. Because we're getting a lot of weapons at launch you got to remember there was going to be a bunch of weapons out launched for this game, having all those Modern Warfare 2 weapons there and of course all the Modern Warfare 3 weapons on top of that so, yeah I'm concerned about the hit detection issues I hope they get that figured out and that's one thing I actually give Infinity Ward props for I know they've been getting a lot of [ __ ] lately but Infinity Ward has always done a great job when it comes to hit detection, and the hit boxes on the operators, themselves they've always done a fantastic job with that and so I hope Sledgehammer Games can take a note from Infinity WS book when it comes in that area Another thing that needs to happen with Modern Warfare 3 in order for it to be a good game is the postlaunch content.

Give us a good amount of post-launch content for multiplayer, specifically because I think there is a lot. Actually. I don't even think I know there is a huge community out there that wants to play multiplayer and Call of Duty but doesn't want to play War Zone, because a lot of the older Call of Duty players like myself don't even know if I consider myself old school.

I literally started playing since the original Modern Warfare 3, which is crazy to even say right now. The people love to play multiplayer, and you got to give us good seasonal content because it just seems like it's been so lackluster ever since War Zone became a thing, and it sucks. It really does stink, and as a multiplayer fan, I just feel like we just been get we're just like a last resort or something for Call of Duty.

I don't know what the deal is with that. Now, I will say that during the Cod next event, we saw some interviews going on with the Sledgehammer Games developers, and they were asking them questions about the game. I do believe one of the developers did say that they plan on launching 12 original maps, so when I say 12 original.

I mean brand new maps that we haven't seen before that come into the postlaunch seasons.

Keep up with the communication

Keep up with the communication

Right, and that pretty much means if we're going to get like six seasons within Modern Warfare 3 then that's at least two original Maps per season which I am totally okay with however the way they need to handle it is give us those two original maps at the start of the season right because I think we can all agree that when a new season starts in Call of Duty that's when it's like almost at its peak right because we have a new battle pass of items to grind for we have the new maps to play on the new weapons, you name it right and so give us those new original maps at the start of the season and then give us remake Maps during a mid-season update because really they don't add too much to, like the game when it comes to the season reloaded or the mid-season updates.

And so if they just give us a remake map, I think that's good enough for me personally, and I think that's totally acceptable. So just give us some sort of content that's decent enough to grind for and that keeps us engaged until the next season comes around, and then you just keep repeating that process, and I really hope that is something they can pull off because we haven't really been able to see that since War Zone has pretty much existed.

So, yeah, that is my personal opinion about post-launch content, and then the last thing I want to bring up in this article, and this has been said plenty of times, and I know everybody can agree with me on this, is to keep up with the communic. With the Call of Duty Community, they've done a fantastic job with the beta and providing feedback, and they're showing that they're listening.

Just show us that you're listening, that you hear what kind of feedback we're providing, and what you're looking into. Don't be like Infinity Ward, where you are like hearing what we have to say but you're not actually listening to us, and you're not actually going to reflect that back in the game because you're too stubborn to make any changes.

Well, of course, we all know that Sledgehammer Games has had a good start when it comes to this communication, and I hope that we see this continue after the game is out and especially after the new year because I know a lot of people were pretty upset about how everybody went on vacation during the holiday season and we had our pretty broken game, which was Call of Duty Vanguard, and we don't want a situation like that again.

I'm sure they've learned from their mistake back then, so I don't expect it to happen again, but I guess I'm just keeping my fingers crossed because, after all, you know it's Call of Duty. Anything could happen, so just really keep up with the communication, especially after the New Year really showed that you care, like we want to see that you actually care about us and provide the feedback in game or reflect it in game from what we are providing, so I mean.

I don't know. I just can go on forever about the communication. I feel like just because we definitely did not get any of it from Infinity Ward, and honestly. I don't think TR really gave us as much communication as they probably could have during the Black Ops Cold War year, so that's just my personal opinion.

Sledgehammer Games has always been the best developer when it comes to communication, but they just have to be consistent. You've got to be consistent with it, and that's really all I'm asking for. So that's it, you guys. Those are pretty much the four main points that I think can make Modern Warfare 3 a great game.

Also read:

Fix the spawn system and fix the hit detection issues. Give us a good amount of content post-launch, so throughout all the seasons, give us something that's good. Just because they're giving us a lot doesn't mean it's necessarily good, as long as it's high-quality content. That's really all I'm asking for the most part, and then, of course, the fourth point is keeping up with the communication.

So yeah, that's pretty much everything for what I want to say in this article. I've gone on long enough. I hope you guys enjoyed it.
