News - Warzone 2 Vortex Event Early Access, Gameplay, Rewards & More. Warzone 2 Vortex Content Update
Right now, it's free for all, and you have the ray gun, and whoever eliminates the player with the ray gun gets to keep it for them. You can also switch up the mode, so in TDM, maybe one side will have the ray gun and another team will have the VR11, or another wonder weapon like the Wonder W. It could just add so much variety, and that could be a very hectic mode that many people could enjoy for those of you guys who also play Zombies.
Maybe we can see these maps being added as future locations, just like we saw with Albra Fortress being added as the new dark ether area that you can teleport to; it's pretty much out of date. Al Bager Fortress remastered, updated, and adjusted can do the same thing here, so maybe if many players are fans of Spard, then they can add that into another future portal that you'll be able to teleport to a location you'll be able to access in Zombies.
With the upcoming Act missions, like Act 5, when that releases, the way these maps look definitely would make sense for them to be added into the Zombies mode anyway. This entire update will go live tomorrow with the new playlist update at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Standard Time. You're going to have access to it.
The final season 1 update
I believe for two weeks this will go all the way up until towards the season 1 reloaded update, meaning that this will be the last and final update that we have for the first half of season 1, and once this event comes to an end, we are now jumping into the reloaded update, bringing in the whole second half of the Season 1 content, meaning a new map, new weapons, a new LTM, new events, and new crossover collaborations.
An entire new set of operator bundles; we're also going to receive a brand new road map and new blog posts; more details on weapon balance changes; and it may not have felt like it, but we haven't necessarily gotten any brand new content for a couple of weeks now. We obviously have the holiday event that's been going on, but nothing new has been added for a couple weeks because the developers were on their holiday break, and usually this is around the time when Cod becomes a little bit stale.
And this time around, it hasn't really felt that way. There's even this Vortex event that's going to come out next year. We didn't get any type of event; it was like a month and a half of literally nothing. A couple days before, we thought we would get a new blog post, a new update, or new information.
In regards to the next season, they ended up announcing that they were going to delay the season another half a month, so that was pretty much very, very stale. A lot of people decided to quit at that point in time this time around; it doesn't feel like that at all, so that's some really good news.
It looks really good for the future of 2024.

But speaking of 2024, be sure to check out the last article that I uploaded , which covers the entire road map and everything that you need to know that we know so far that's going to be happening throughout this year. But anyway, that's all that I have for you guys in this one. I'm going to have a article going up later covering a little bit more details on operator bundles and what to look forward to, but anyways, it's been your boy trone, and hopefully yall will be seeing guys back on the channel again.
