For the ballast, we talked about this in the slower ads; now the three-shot kill got increased to 31 meters, so there's a bit of an increase there to our damage range, although not by much when you compare it to the base at 30 meters, and then for the movement, it is unchanged, so you don't have to worry about being noticeably slower.
