Loadouts

Loadouts

To rock sack, no freaking clue why it sounds like something dirty that you don't want to say but it's a rock sack right now I'm not going to call it a Ruck I'm just going to call it the backpack like a normal human being so deal with it insured slots are making a comeback and if you don't know what insured slots are basically these are your Loadout guns your own custom guns you can put on camos on them your own attachments, modify them however you want and take them into each match until you die if you die in a match and you don't get to extract your insured slot will go on cool down and after a while after that coold down is gone you will be able to use your insured slot once more we don't have information as of now how we're going to earn these ins slots in DMZ.

We used to complete missions. We used to complete certain missions, do certain upgrades, and collect certain items to unlock these insured slots, but as you can see from the menu, there are no upgrades, so I'm not quite sure how we're going to unlock them or if we're actually just going to get three insured slots off it.

Weapon stash is also coming back, and again, since there are no upgrades, it seems to be limited to 21 guns compared to DMZ, where you could carry a maximum of 55. We'll see how that goes and whether they introduce upgrades in later seasons. I very much expect them to do so, and it also seems like you are only able to carry two guns with you, even if you have a large backpack in the DMZ.

If you have a large backpack or a medium backpack, you are usually able to carry three guns, but I don't see in the menu any slot for a third gun, and there is no mention of a third gun either. When it comes to the new stuff, there is something called experimental.

Field upgrades

Field upgrades

Gas that is only usable within zombies I have no idea what it does but I'm going to tell you I'm really excited to use it and for the field upgrades, there's a lot of new stuff here that are specific to zombies now if you are coming from a zombies background all of this is probably familiar to you but if you are coming from a DMZ background well then hear this up the field upgrades that will be available are called Energy mine frenzy, guard healing Aura Frost blast ether shroud, and Tesla storm the description of these says frenzy guard repair armor to full en force all enemies in the area to Target you for 10 seconds enemy kills repair armor during this time so basically you're turning yourself into a monkey bomb with armor which is could be a really good team player I guess healing Aura heal all players immediately, and in Last Stand so it seems like you will be able to revive all your teammates even though they are pretty much down you will heal them instantly Frost blasts damage enemies with initial blast and slow those who enter the area of effect pretty self-explanatory.

Acquisitions & schematics

Acquisitions & schematics

Ether sh become invisible to zombies this is similar to something called Zombie Blood and basically zombies won't target you for a little bit and then Tesla storm for 10 seconds lightning connects to other players stunning and damaging normal enemies from what I heard healing Aura was super overpowered, so I can imagine a lot of players picking that imagine your entire team is just going down or you need an instant boost of health and you can just use that it does say slow recharge though I don't know how slow it is but hopefully it's not something that is super overpowered such that you won't use anything else next is a new zombies concept and it is called Acquisitions and schema itics and from what I understood basically Acquisitions, are perks, but before you use them so it's pretty much the soda cans of perks they are described as a single use item that gives you an advantage on the battlefield, and you can carry them either within your backpack or within your acquisition stash so you will have a stash back in the menu and you will able to place these in a stash hopefully in case you die you will be able to bring some perks into the game with you instead of actually going to grab them from the game itself and schematic is a New Concept too it says that these are plans that allow you to craft Acquisitions, which you would then add to your rock Sack or your backpack sorry but these schematics go on cool down whenever you use them after that cool down is done you can use them again so I guess in comparison to DMZ.

This is what an upgrade is: finding a schematic and extracting a schematic gives you that kind of upgrade, so you can use these schematics later on to become more powerful as a character.

Perks

Within zombies, talking about perks, these perks are specific to zombies, and they come in the form of Perka Cola, which are pretty much soda cans, but they give you perks.

dmz gameplay

The perks that we are getting on launch are as follows: getting stamina up, increasing run and sprint speed, using a Speed Cola drink to reload and replate armor faster, using Quick Revive to reduce health regeneration delay by 50%, and reducing the time it takes to revive an ally by 50%, so it's pretty much like a medvest.

Juggernog increases maximum health, or I don't know how you spell that basically it gives you aimbot towards zombies heads ads, moves to enemy critical locations, removes Scopes way there's this one called Death Perception which allows you to spot obscured enemies chests and resources more easily and there's Elemental Pop where every bullet you fire has a small chance to apply a random ammo mod effect and we're going to talk about what ammo mods are if you are not familiar with the concept there's also PhD Flopper, which sounds absolutely hilarious It says diving to prone triggers an explosion; the explosion increases the higher you fall, and you have full immunity from fall damage while diving.

So make sure that you are diving; if you are falling on your legs, this does not apply. Immunity from area of effect damage from weapons you are using and then last but not least something that is very important to the regain it's called Tombstone Soda on death you create a tombstone stash at that location, containing your backpack inventory in the next game so in case you die let's say in a medium threat zone and it is much easy to go there next game you will be able to go to that same spot and continue from wherever you left off I'm not sure if you will be able to regain your perks but at the very least you will be able to have your backpack, stuff I'm not so sure about the guns either I guess we'll have to see it in game and this brings us to ammo mods and there's something quite special about perks in this game is that you're able to acquire them from very different places so basically the most basic place is requiring them from their own machines, that you find scattered around the map you can find the cans while looting perhaps in strongholds. And once you have them, you don't have to use them right away; you can extract them and take them to another operator.
