News - From Dmz To Mw3 Zombies, Here's What You Should Know

Mw zombies vs dmz

Mw zombies vs dmz

Invader here, and today I just wanted to talk about MW zombies and how they compare to DMZ, and by the end of this article. Allow me to say, like in the beginning, what this article is not.

What the article is not

I am not going to be explaining everything about zombies. I am probably the least qualified person to do that.

The last time I played zombies was Black Ops Cold War Breakout, and I only played the free version because I did not even want to buy the game. What I am experienced in, though, is DMZ, and I have played DMZ for almost a year now. I have over 1,300.

Similarities between dmz and zombies

Similarities between dmz and zombies

There's also the strongholds coming back with the AI faction like the Bots, and I heard that strongholds are going to lead you onto like bigger strongholds or like harder strongholds, and then you end up in something called a fortress, which will have its own boss, and there have been like a few leaks on what the boss's names are, but basically.

I'd imagine that similar to how we have bosses in DMZ, like the Juggernaut, the Chemist, the Pyro, and whatnot, we will have similar bosses locked behind fortresses in Modern Warfare zombies, and I can very much imagine that these bosses will be part of the progression part of the mission system or maybe even the contracts.

You better gear, or maybe better guns, so on and so forth. Insured slots are also making a comeback. Insured slots were always a contention point within DMZ because they made the game much easier, even if you are a very low-level character within the missions and the tiers you can still infill into DMZ.

With the best gun in the game, which is like the meta gun of the time, maybe your favorite sniper, and you don't have to earn that within the game, you can just take it in within the insured slots, but insured slots arguably.

Perks

Perks

Make the game easier and more much more accessible for people use their own favorite guns which might belong better in Zombies, because zombies in general is more of a chill game mode and way less competitive than DMZ is multiple active operators are going to come back so you will have your standard three operators which you can Gear Up and switch in between I'm not very sure about xfill streaks and whether that will matter but perks will also come back but this time the perks are not tied to xville streaks perks this time around are more of a zombiie, style perks you would get like the soda cans which will give you perks and you can get I think up to nine Perks at once not going to discuss what each perk does hopefully when the game comes out I will be testing those myself and playing the game one perk that actually stood out to me was called the tombstone, perk which was basically a free regain so basically.

If you die within MW zombies and bleed out, you can come in the game after and go to where you died if you had that Tombstone perk, and you can just pick it up and continue from wherever you left off, which is a little bit of a weird thing to me because regaining in DMZ was always one of the most fun parts within DMZ.

So I'm not so sure how this will play, but you know what? Maybe it'll make the game easier and more enjoyable, so we can focus more on the missions and the story of the game rather than just getting gear back every single time. I really don't know. I'm just going to wait and see how this plays out.

Assimilation

Assimilation

Out of this, a simulation is also going to come back with zombies, so you will have a Max Squad of six, but there is also a nice thing that is coming around, and that is that you will be able to revive people from other squad sads, so even though you have six people on your team, it's almost like you're all one big team on the map, but I guess when you do a contract, only your team will get their W for it, not the entire map.

This might make for very wholesome moments and very cooperative moments within MW zombies, and honestly, I can't wait to experience it.

Exfils

For myself, match timers are now way longer than in DMZ. Usually, in DMZ, you get that match timer between 30 and 40 minutes. Considering Final Xfill in Zombies, it's going to be 1 hour, so 60 minutes per match.

Usually, in DMZ, your main threat when X fills is going to be players. Sometimes xfill campers, some people that are very hated within the DMZ Community there's always that team that is just passing by and they see your xfill flare and try to push you as you are trying to xfill these are technically not xfill campers, but still they are a big threat to you in DMZ when you're trying to xfill and since PVP is not a part of Modern Warfare Zombies, your main threat will be zombies and what I heard is that whenever you're going to call xfill you're going to get a load of zombies spawn on you and they're going to try to kill you before that xfill Chopper Ares and this brings us to something that I really want to talk about regarding DMZ And how Modern Warfare Zombies solves that, and that is PVP.

Pvp vs pve

Pvp vs pve

PVP was always this controversial point within DMZ because DMZ was like the first mode that was introduced to us where friendliness was an option without actually breaking the loop of the game because right now if you say teaming to any war zone player, they will say yeah, these are scumbags, that they are teing, but if you are teing in DMZ, it is a very much celebrated thing, especially if you are exfilling, let's say with 12 people on your xfill chopper.

It is a very nice sight to see that, but also getting gear and getting better gear was always the best choice by killing other players because usually other players are the ones that have the best gear, and this was always a struggle within D mz's identity: is it a PVE game or is it a PVP game, and there was always this push and pole between the PVE people and the PVP people, and the reality is that the majority played DMZ.

I received on that article was way above others, even though I'm positive that those same people wouldn't have clicked on the article or watched it if it had zero PVP. What team are you on? Do you think PVP should be shamed in DMZ? Or just let people play with whomever they want, and if you're interested in the results of that poll, 87%.

Some people said DMZ should be pvpv. By a sweaty ass Groot skin or nuke skin that are quote unquote, war zone rejects was a very popular word and now they can just chill with their friends kill some zombies finish some objectives away from PvP and that is something that I like a lot about MW zombies is that the identity of it is very much set and it is very much known this brings us to the question of does PVP, belong in Zombies because there's still a lot of people that are coming from DMZ and they would really like to see some PVP some sort of PVP in MW zombies and there is there is a chance that zombies will have some sort of PVP, and in the form of a certain Zone within the map let's say or a certain specific map that will allow PVP.
