The channel, but jumping into the juicy stuff now aside from 6v6 cut throw and ground war, we're going to be seeing 32 v32. Invasion War mode is apparently 6v6, which I believe wasn't the case in World War II in 2017.

Mw3 is doing this for the first time.

Hopefully you stuck around till this point, but something absolutely blew my mind when first reading this on stream yesterday. Is that the rumor that we talked about over a year ago that ended up being true in regards to Modern Warfare 2 maps carrying forward into Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer?

So, as they wrote in the blog, to further augment an already impressive selection of core 6v6 maps, we are excited to announce that a number of fan favorites from Modern Warfare 2 2022 will gradually become available to play in Modern Warfare 3 throughout the live seasons, so they've confirmed four core 6v6 maps from Modern Warfare 2 2022.

How mw2 maps will carry forward to mw3

How mw2 maps will carry forward to mw3

Wars of Mobile has a small multiplayer experience coincidentally featuring a couple of MW2. 2022 maps right: Shipman shoots house brenberg ctel. I believe even Marcato Los Al might be coming, so there's a few maps already available in that small experience. I'm not surprised that Modern Warfare 3 is also going to bring those in for whatever reason now.

What's awesome is that they remind us that those maps will play differently with the New Movement; although the maps will look the same, they'll still play a lot differently, so it reminds me of what's going to be happening with rebirth and Fortune Keep in 2024. When those two maps return to the current war zone application, although they might look the same, they will still play differently because of all the new movement that's coming to war zone with season 1.

They also emphasized that the new Cutthroat 3v3 V3 mode will not be playable on these MW2, 2022 maps, and unfortunately, there has been no mention of third-person mode returning at all for Modern Warfare 3. Maybe in the future season, you just never know, but to also answer your question, as I brought up in my previous carry-forward article, it looks like, at least based on his blog post, there won't be any crossplay or cross-game matchmaking for these MW2 maps, meaning that you can't be playing MW2.

And get into a lobby with MW3, players just to play the same Maps whether it's shoot house shipment Marcato Farm 18 you can't do that these are still separate games that happen to utilize similar pieces of content but to go even further with this they revealed a little bit of information about season 1 which I'll be breaking down in a separate season 1 article at some point in the future they mentioned that the season will feature three brand new core 6v6 maps as well as additional maps and modes now as we actually interpreted this on detonated, it seems like this is confirming that the three brand new 6v6, maps are separate from any type of remastered Maps they may be added during the live Seasons now maybe that's not the case maybe the additional Maps they're talking about are for ground war or for some other experiences.

everything that transfers mw3

But when you hear three brand new Core 6v6 maps, you don't think of remasters; you think of actual original maps, so we'll have to wait and see exactly how that'll end up working throughout the next six seasons or so, but I have confidence that Modern Warfare 3 will end up having the craziest amount of content Call of Duty's ever seen and will have the most amount of multiplayer content.

I would say it will probably have the specific amount of maps that we thought were going to be in Modern Warfare 2, which is at least three to five new ones per season.

Christmas & new years event + shipment.?

Christmas & new years event + shipment.?

We're probably going to see that in this game, but like I mentioned before, a rumor already surfaced not too long ago that Shipman is going to return inside of Modern Warfare 3. If that does happen, then this next leak definitely makes a lot of sense. Apparently a Christmas and a New Year's event are coming into Modern Warfare 3, featuring challenges and rewards the players can unlock, and if there's going to be an undead Santa bundle with an undead Santa operator, that sounds cool.

I would be shocked if they gave us a Christmas shipment variant, right? Maybe that's what they do; around the time season 1 is reloaded, we end up getting a Christmas version of the shipment or just the map shipment during whatever that update is that could be separate from the three original 66 maps that may also be dropping in season 1, but the last thing I'll end with is another brand new rumor that Surfac, which of course got swept under the rug because there's so many other leaks circulating.

Mw3 ranked play with 13 rewards rumored

The internet right now apparently says rank play will feature 13 rewards in season 1 of Modern Warfare 3, and I believe the rumor is that TR is going to develop it yet again. And if the rumored release date is season 1, I would also hope that they save this for a potential drought if there is one in January.

While developers go on vacation or potentially delay season 2, it'd be great to just save a little bit of content for that period of time, whether it's rank play, whether it's MW2, carry forward maps, whether it's whatever else could be some other bonus experiences that they could save. That would be great to ensure that something is happening in Call of Duty at least every other week and the community stays engaged the entire life cycle, but that is about it.

This has been DK Dynamite. Leave our thoughts below. I know we're going to be seeing that with our entire inventory, but to see that with maps is pretty surprising, and I'm looking forward to seeing how the community responds to how different the maps are going to play thanks to the brand new movement.
