News - All New Update Patch Notes. Warzone & Warzone 2 Update 1. 36
Intro
Ladies and gentlemen, Today is yet another update for Modern Warfare 3: War Zone and Zombie. This is update. 1.36, and I'm excited that we are already getting another title update. It was what I was hoping to see this week, and indeed, we have it now. This update was kind of separated into two different things.
Yesterday we got introduced to a new event, our new weekly challenges, and things like that, and then today we got the actual 1.36 update. So in this article, we're going to start out by diving into the event and things that were updated in the game yesterday. The playlist updates things along those lines, and then later on in the article, we're going to dive into the patch notes and everything that actually changed in the 1.36 update.
So you're going to see what I mean as we go in there, starting off in the game and moving on to the patch notes. So without further ado, we have lots to talk about here, so let's dive into it.
New event
Going in game here, there's a couple of updates that I need to show you. The first of which is the new playlists that are going live today.
They aren't live currently as I make this article, but they will be live at, I believe, 1:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time So first of all, we are getting a grease 24/7 playlist rust Min 24/7 as well for you, Camo. So the other thing that went live as of yesterday is the new event. This one is called Dune Trial of Power, and essentially, the way that this one works, you get XP.
You go through the various different levels of this event, and you unlock different things, starting out with a large decal. Double XP token, andge another large decal, double weapon XP token The sandworm weapon charm long lives the fighters, A maker hook emblem, A calling card, double battle pass XP.
And finally, the sand and spice weapon camo, which, as you can see here, kind of looks like this. As far as the events that we have had so far, I have to say this is probably the most boring one. Yes, it matches with the theme, but hey, I think it's pretty boring. The other thing that is new is that as of yesterday, the weekly challenges were updated, and of course, this was added in a new aftermarket part.
This one is called the Jack Bullseye. This one is essentially an iron sight that you can use on a bunch of your different weapons that is a little bit more clear and is going to change the iron sights of weapons. It's like equipping a Red Dot site or anything else; it's not really going to do anything else; it's not really going to do anything else to your weapons now, as you can see here.
By completing any five challenges, which are included in multiplayer, zombies, and Battle Royale, all you have to do is complete five, and of course we will be unlocking our weekly challenges to complete for the coherence camo as well, which, as you can see here, by the end of the season, this is the coherence and camo that we will be unlocking for our weapons.
I don't know why they put this update out yesterday, but today we actually got update 1.36. So this is what you need to know about that, so.
Modern warfare 3
The first thing that I need to say is that we actually have two different sets of patch notes: the Modern Warfare patch notes and then the War Zone patch notes, both for December 14th for update 1.36. We're going to start out with Modern Warfare 3, and then the war zone is where we're going to get weapon tuning and things along those lines.
I'm going to only go through the important points here for you guys to know. Starting off, there's a bunch of bug fixes addressing direct attachments and things like that, but one thing is improved impact detection to prevent inflicting more explosive damage on players than intended; in other words, the breacher's lethal grenade has been nerfed.
On top of this, there are some UI fixes. Things along those lines are now progressing. Challenges that require enemy equipment to be destroyed will now progress upon the destruction of the following field upgrades, so this is to make essentially your launchers easier to complete for camos. It includes the ACsComm Scrambler Deployable Cover.
Med Box Munition Box portable radar suppression Mine tactical camera tactical insertion, and finally the trophy system as well. They also fixed several challenges where progression wasn't tracking. This was a problem from the very beginning. Here we go. Also, there was a bug where you could use the ray gun in multiplayer.
They have now implemented measures to prevent its use. There's a subfix to Operation Spearhead on War that eliminated an out of the map exploit and eliminated an out of the map exploit that players were able to get underneath the map near the garage. Game modes gunfight in private match split screen play will no longer cause a development air Search and Destroy addressed an issue causing unintended XP rates for various match events.
I think that's overall Nerf to certain things with the ins Search and Destroy playlist increase Team Deathmatch and kill confirm score limits in certain limited time playlists, so 12 V12 Team Deathmatch now goes up to 150. 10 V10 goes up to 125, and then on small maps it is 125 as well, so that's essentially referring to, I believe, rust and shipment.
Also, Ghosts players can now be stationary for 2 seconds before the anti-radar effects are disabled. I do not like this change; I just want to be clear about that, but they say based on feedback, we've added a grace period to the movement requirement for Ghost Camo. With this change, players remain detectable by radar while not moving, but momentarily, pauses will no longer cause their position to be revealed, so I guess they're trying to find a balance between moving and not moving to separate people who are not moving altogether. I also don't know how much movement you actually need for this to trigger properly moving zombies.
Zombies
First of all, in Act 4, light-armored zombie enemy types have been added during this step to provide a source of armor for players. I believe this is specifically referring to the fight against the final boss.
This should make it a little bit easier, giving you more armor. Contract ether extraction addresses an issue that would eliminate players who attempted to overload. The ether extractor, as the contract timed out, enemies zombies ether worm the grey, so this is the red worm. This is one of the finals.
Easter egg bosses addressed an issue that allowed greyworms to instantly die when spawned, so this is making it much more difficult for solo players. They just really seem to hate solo players within zombies, and they addressed an issue where getting eaten by gryms and grabbed by a mimic at the same time could cause players to get pushed under the map.
