Plunder will be your best friend here for this kind of stuff. You'll have access to all those weapons, and of course you can rank them up. There have been previous farming methods to rank those up pretty easily in plunder, so fingers crossed that still holds true to the rest of it, but anyway, have your preferred weapons ranked up.
Now let's talk about War Zone once it launches here. Once it is out in the open, you can jump in, and you can play whatever game mode you want first.
Play at your own pace in warzone season 1
Play at your own pace; if you want to go in with friends, that's great. All play sizes are available at launch here: solos, duos, trios, and quads. Maybe you're a free-to-play player and you don't have Modern Warfare 3.
There's absolutely nothing wrong with that, but if you're new to the map, maybe take a few games of Plunder to jump in and get your bearings on the relative layout and locations. Since this was available for zombie players, we've already had a month or so here to work with. Understand the map a little further, but if it is your first time jumping in, it's a lot to take in, so taking some time to learn it before there's really any stakes that go against your air quote permanent record or whatever, that's something you should definitely consider and maybe give a shot at, so jump in with all that kind of stuff , but beyond that, know your general play style once you jump into the war zone and know what you want to accomplish in terms of your gunfights.
Knowing your play style in warzone season 1
SMG exclusivity probably not the best idea on the big map of course you can get away with that on the Resurgence map like a shik island and vondle, but maybe like a rifle battle rifle lmg mixed with an SMG that's a solid Choice sniper rifle mixed with a SMG or a rifle built for close range also not bad again there's a lot of ways you can play it but some will absolutely work better than others just because it's a big map comes down to how you want to play can't tell you a right or wrong answer ersan will feature a lot less Open Fields in deserts compared to almaza, while there is open space there's not going to be nearly as much as alaza it's a lot more dense a lot more urban combat so you might see a lot of those battle rifles lmgs, rifles Thrive a bit more than maybe they did in war zone and almaza.
Experience all the weapons in warzone season 1
This past year, but anyway, play with various numbers of weapons. One thing right now is that there's not really a defined meta just yet. Of course, we do know weapons that have progressed through War Zone 2 and Modern Warfare 2's year of support, which could absolutely be the baseline for what you want to do, at least above and beyond, but right now there is no right or wrong answer again.

Finding the "meta" early in warzone season 1
Are the ones that Cod next and we had having been there like five matches total so yeah you can know some general relative ideas of what weapons will work but guess what that was also a different build that was a different patch where weapon balancing could be entirely different and there's no way any of us creators got Hands-On time to see every single weapon, so jump in play with a various number of weapons see what works for you and that kind of goes the same for finding the meta air quote we all want to use the best guns we all want to do as best as possible absolutely so if you get smoked by somebody using a different gun, try that gun out next game and see how it goes if you smoke someone, maybe you're on to something but if you get smoked again maybe it was just a fluke and then try that other gun of the person that smoked you it's just this whole trial and error process that can rinse and repeat and keep trying until you find something you enjoy and that's something that I'd highly recommend.
Using gunsmith to your best advantage in warzone season 1
Now as for the gunsmith here going into war zone realize the world and the scale of the combat of course obviously we have vondo we still have a shika Island that is going to be just new because of the movement mechanics we have available, but you'll recognize the play style your ability still get away with the same sort of builds of weapons that you could in the last year but prioritize at least for urzikstan, builds for magazine capacity bullet velocity and recoil control were applicable of course if you're using these weapons from Modern Warfare 3 it's not going to perform the same as in multiplayer, multiplayer only has that base of 150 Health but with three additional armor plates available that brings your total health in war zone up to 300, double that time to kill so it is something you're going to use more ammo by default it is something that when you hold that trigger down your weapon's going to Bob more and of course being that it is something that is a much larger map you're going to have longer distance engagements than somebody that may be on a 6v6.
