News - Warzone 2 Santas Slayground Content Update. Rewards, Challenges, More - Warzone 2 Codmas Event
The first one is called The Mad Red Menace, which will have traps and effects, and that's what it looks like right here on screen. The second one that we have is going to be called the naughty list that's going to be for the AM9. And then you got three different ammo mods, which are going to be brain rot.
You also have the large decal called Santa's Undead Army. You got a weapon sticker as well as a weapon charm, and then finally you got an emblem. So this is everything that this bundle will contain.

One thing that I want you to take note of is the fact that El Secution is not listed with this bundle, so I'm going to guess that this might actually end up being a potential free reward that you'll be able to unlock through one of the challenges.
Maybe it's for the multiplayer challenges; maybe it's one of the War Zone ones. I'm not entirely sure, but usually finishing moves like those are included as a part of some sort of bundle. The fact that we just went over the ULTR skin and it's not available there, and I don't think it's available with any of the other operator skin bundles, tells me that this might end up actually being a free reward that you'll end up being able to unlock now.
That's just a potential reward. Nothing is confirmed as of right now; we'll have to wait until the blog post to get the details on that, but let's talk about the war zone and the new content that's going to be received first, Off there's the brand new year extand map, getting a huge update to have the entire holiday theme.
Warzone codmas content update & challenges
You're going to have snow, there's going to be snowballs on the floor, and there's going to be Christmas trees and gift packs.
There's going to be a driveable train update to where it looks entirely different, and on top of that, there's going to be a brand new mode called Santa Slay Ride. Resurgence, And that is going to be Here's a description of it: Undead Santa has hijacked the train, causing deadly snowballs. Capture trees, hunt zombie deer, and then battle for control of the Santa Slay ride.
The last team standing wins, and then they sort of mention Undead Deer, which tells me that it's going to be getting a pretty big update. As I mentioned, war zones get their own challenges, and here's what they are: The first one says ins slay ride. Resurgence: get a blank amount of operator kills with assault rifles; the second one is going to be in the slay ride.
Resurgence: get blink operator kills with SMGs. The third one is going to get blink operator kills with snowballs. The fourth one is the insay ride. Resurgence get blank operator kills with a sniper rifle ins slay ride Resurgence place in the top five blank times and get blank operator kills with snowballs at over 25 M, and each of these challenges will get you a reward; there might be a mastery one sort of like it was with multiplayer.
Undead zombie santa boss fight explained
Where once you complete everything you'll get that Master reward other than that there's going to be the undead zombie Santa boss which is basically like Krampus but way better because Krampus used to just run around the map and eliminate players with that infinite health of his but this time around the zombes Santa is going to end up being a boss that you can go to if you want to or you can avoid him altogether, it's really up to you and in order to fight him you're going to need to teleport to his location and fight him exactly like it was with the haunting event and how we had the Butcher and you could teleport and fight him same way here there's going to be a tree available on the map I believe there's going to be a bunch of them You head on over to this tree, and as soon as you get there, a red flare will shoot up into the sky to indicate to the entire Lobby that you are at this tree location.
The challenge will begin, where you have to capture it, secure it, hold it down, and defend it until the timer is done. Once that timer is complete, it will spawn, and among that, there will be a key. You will be able to use this key to teleport and fight Santa. And that's going to be a juggernaut Undead Santa boss who'll be able to summon zombies.
He also has a lot of health, and you'll be able to fight him and eliminate him, and when you do, you'll be able to get a bunch of legendary loot. You will also be able to get rewards because of one of the hidden challenges. Is to actually defeat him, and according to the Cod block, there's going to be other hidden challenges and each EG that you'll be able to do on top of the challenges that we have in the event tab, so there's going to be a lot going on with this update, so much content is going to be involved.
I'm super excited that we'll have more information next week with that update, but for the zombie side of things, not much has been mentioned.

I mean, I haven't gotten any challenge information. In regards to the exact content we're going to be getting, it's probably going to be just the year EX stand map being adjusted and added to that holiday theme, sort of like it is for War Zone. There might be some other things involved, but we're going to have to wait for that blog post to get all the full details.
