No one's on UV when you're spectating; sometimes they'll pop up, but sometimes they won't, and sometimes they will not pop up. I've seen advanced UVs just go ghostly, and nobody's on it for me. Now he could rotate; he could rotate higher; if he's smart, he'll rotate high; and that's what I would predict he would do if he rotated low; he's an absolute animal, and he wants to die, which is what he did crazy. Yeah, you don't want to rotate the low ground. Rotate High stay within the terrain.
