News - Warzone 2i Beta First Impressions. Good Or Bad. Modern Warfare 3 Beta
Hey y'all, it's FS. I hope you guys are having an absolutely fantastic day full of positivity and happiness, as always. And for today's article, it is time. Y'all know that this time of year, it is time for the next Call of Duty beta. Let's talk about it in full transparency. The gameplay that I'm showing you all today is strictly from Cod.
It was the day before the actual broadcast. These are my very first impressions of Modern Warfare 3 multiplayer, but I will have a full article talking about my experience at COD next; it was phenomenal this year. We'll wait for that article, and also before we jump in, this actually happened a while ago, but I figured now is a great time to announce it because we're doing a giveaway I'm officially partnered with.
Intel this is Chippy. Look at him; he's so excited to be here, hey buddy. Let's hop into the Modern Warfare 3 gameplay. This gameplay was filmed a day before the actual broadcast. I got to play three games, one red-gunning and two sniping, just to sort out any tech problems, even though my mic wasn't on.
These are my true first impressions of the game, and I think my facial expressions show that very well. I'll also walk you through what I was thinking during the gameplay. These are the classes that I put together for my longbo class, which I think was very different than everybody else's, which might explain why I got so many hit markers, but I digress.
I wanted to give it a try. Beta is for trying out things and learning. Going through the rest of the classes, I was sad there was no decoy Dave in this beta, but it's okay; we will rebuild. I did see him when I was playing War Zone, though. That's a spoiler you'll see in my next article, but here's my final sniper class.
Feel free to pause and take a look. Get it, got it. As for the striker. I wanted to build it very similar to the UMP from Mod Warfare 2 2009, and you can also tell how excited I am that there's not an entire library of sites to choose from, just a bookshelf. It's an improvement. Here's my Striker class.
Get it; get it; get it good. I have no idea if it's good, but I had fun with it. You'll have time to hop into the gameplay. Here's the loading screen. I was so excited to jump in and play. Nope, I was on the mouse and keyboard for the first game. I'm so sorry, teammates. I had to back out and figure it out.
Sorry i was not happy about it either on flla. Anyway, my very first impressions of the graphics remind me a lot of Modern Warfare 3. It looks great. The colors look nice. I love how all the buildings are easy to differentiate from each other because of the color choices. It's a very intentional choice.
You can tell it reminds me of the OG Modern Warfare 2 failla. By the way, did you know that Flla wasn't a ghost? I had no idea. It kind of feels like a mixture of those two. I'm just happy to see this map getting love again. But something that I'm noticing about the graphics in this game is that it feels like somebody took all the shadows in the game and cranked them up or put a gray overcast over them.
It's very similar to Modern Warfare 3, and if you guys know me, it's my least favorite part of that game. Yep, door mechanics were back very well. Hannah, not of approval. After getting a couple of kills. I realized that an assist has definitely been toned down, just a little bit just a little bit I think it's still decently there, but it's definitely not as severe as it was in Modern Warfare 2 2022.
I think, of course, I didn't test this out too much. I'm a controller player, and I'm along for the ride. However, if they decide to tune it, I'll adjust accordingly, but I do think bringing down the aim assist a little bit is a fair play for doing cross-platform with payband players. The mosquito, the drone—do you see him?
I had no idea what this was. I fired him into the sky. He started making his rounds. I laughed so hard that I started coughing. Just in the air, doing his thing, patrolling. And I watched him for way too long in this gameplay. Hannah, you could have broken 50 kills in your first game, but no, you had to watch the mosquito drone.
You really had to watch them go in circles. Something that I've noticed about the kills, assists, and objective points that pop up on the screen They're a nice yellow, and I love them. They remind me so much of Modern Warfare 2, 2009. I honestly wouldn't mind if they made the numbers a little bit bigger, like back in the day, but I know UI nowadays is quite complicated.
You have the compass up top, you have field upgrades, and you don't want to clutter up the screen too much, but the dopamine hit from the plus 100 or the plus 500 in Search and Destroy back in the day—nothing beats it. As we're going through this game play, I'm going to be cutting up some parts—just some dead air—and running around the map and exploring.
I did get this three-piece that I quite like. The gunplay is really smooth so far. I have a guardian. I was not expecting to see a kill streak from BO2. I think this is the last we saw him was BO2 I wasn't expecting him to be in this game but I just put him down I didn't want to leave him in my pockets he has some microwaving to do he's got some range on him though I got a sentry gun as well I had issues placing him down though as per usual, what I like about the guardian though it's not necessarily good for getting kills but it's really good for letting you know where people are you see a hit marker pop up on the screen for a second you're like I know where he is he by the microwave, the Sentry though in this game is ruthless I got to tell you that thing was picking up pills left and right and I can tune in remotely with the sentry gun to see if anybody's running ghost or cold blooded or whatever could be good for search here we go on a merciless kill streak I think the highest kill streak I got was 15.
Long shot awesome here, by the way, is that the first long shot I got in this game probably hey, that's a celebration. I'm really enjoying the little bits they're adding to this game, like this little mosaic path with the art on the walls; it makes it unique and fun to add some personality. I love it; they even wrote raid on the wall raid coming to Modern Warfare 3.
