I turn the audio all the way down, and I guess I'll try to land somewhere that nobody will really go before we do all that too. Only high ground is important for gunfights, but you could also get a better visual to be able to see more of the map. If you're jumping downwards, as far as dolphin diving or gliding downwards, that's going to help you move around the map more, so you're going to be able to have a lot more movement and be able to get to other places very fast.

Building to building

Building to building

Unfortunately, my mic keeps cutting out in this article, which is really annoying, but what I was trying to say in this part is that moving buildings to buildings is very important because if you can keep moving building to building, it will be much easier for me to escape those people if I can just, like, stuff and dive like here off of this rooftop and then continue into a downward motion.

The more times you're going into a downward motion, you're going to get a lot more velocity and momentum speed, even if you want to push people, like, "Okay, let's just say enemies are over there." Well, instead of going around back and making a huge circle, if you push towards the people going in a downward momentum, then that's going to give you as much distance as possible to be able to chase somebody over.

Pistol movement

There's another thing you've really got to keep in mind in this game, which is that you should be using your pistol a lot more than in the last war zone. So right now I have a pistol and a shotgun, and even if I found an assault rifle in this area, I would still keep my pistols. So let's just say I'm just pissed right there if I find like an SMG and I'm getting rid of the shotgun and using the pistol because the pistol has one of the fastest mobilities in the game to make sure they're if you're using an SMG, or two assault rifles, or something weird, you're not going to be able to run around the map fast enough than if you use a pistol, and this thing that I'm doing right here is the new thing that I do instead of the slide cancels, like I jump around, then I crouch, and then I jump, so it's run around.

I crouch jump, and I do this multiple times while looking left and right so that I can shift my momentum into One Direction while I'm able to look around. So I'm going like this: Maybe I could do it backwards, and I keep recovering tax losses over and over. Now yes, you can do a regular punch like this and keep moving forward.

I explained why I didn't like doing that in the last article because you get a moment where you just pause, then you move forward, and you can't shoot anybody while you're doing that, and it just feels really uncomfortable, so that's why I do that. So look at an example of me diving off if I'm just running around the map.

I can dive off over here, sometimes a lot better than a dolphin. I can dive over places instead of just doing a regular glide with my parachute because if you do that, you're more vulnerable, and it's harder for you to get out and shoot somebody, so little Hill right here, dive immediately, get up, and then I can go back to that rhythm of just aiming down like this; there's a downward place.

I could dive a little bit like that, maybe rotate my body, and then just keep moving people.

Downward movement

Downward movement

So I have a good leg right now, and that's kind of what I was talking about as far as the downward motion using your pistols. I'm going to kind of do that right here to kind of demonstrate how I would win the gulag while doing that type of movement. I want to take The High Ground to the right and act like the guy's a real guy, which gives me the most movement.

I'm doing the move where I'm jumping around and looking, and I see him right there.

Mantle hopping

Mantle hopping

But what I couldn't find an enemy for was another thing I want to talk about in this game: mantle hopping. That's pretty much the term that I use for it: instead of manselling and doing the animation where you jump over something and leave yourself vulnerable if you jump through the window or whatever obstacle while timing it so that you don't have any loss of movement while you're doing that animation, you want to cut the animation completely.

Right here. I would just jump through like this, and if I were to jump back into this window. I'd probably do something like this, where I just go straight in like that and you don't mantle on top of it. It's a bad idea if I do this. Go over and do this. Maybe on top of here, right, I would jump up and do this.

That's all bad ways because they keep leaving you vulnerable, so you want to limit the amount of stuff that you mantle onto, and sometimes I like to get on top of multiple things, like kind of like this, so now I'm able to go all the way up here without mantling, one time without doing one mantling animation. And then I'm jumping constantly like this, so that helps me keep my momentum and rhythm while I'm constantly jumping on top of stuff over and over again.

Water diving

Water diving

Right here, we have some water. There are a lot of times where water has really saved me in this game. There's a lot of rivers where if you're getting shot out you can just deep dive into there, and there's even times where the enemy is not that far behind me and I jumped in the water and I was able to escape all the way down there without them killing me even though they were so close to killing me.

They had a bunch of snipers with assault rifles, and that's pretty much because, if you dolphin dive straight into the water like this, you don't take any damage, or you take some damage, but it's not that much where it can kill you. You keep your head all the way down and keep yourself sunk underwater over and over and over until your character starts doing this, where he's like about to suffocate, and once he does that, you get up for like maybe two seconds immediately and go back down.

Foreign comes, backs up, goes up a little bit, and then you're getting really far away, so now you can afford to breathe a little bit more because they're going to be missing a lot of their shots, and you go straight down. So keep that in mind too if you're near any rivers where there's water right here and maybe the last one in the squad your entire team died and they're chasing you.

Try your best to get near a river and then dive straight into it so once you dive you don't lose any momentum or any movement and you can easily just keep going underwater further and further over and over and over. And keep in mind too that for people to shoot while they're in water, they have to be all the way up top right here to be able to shoot like that, so let's just say the entire team wanted to chase you and kill you in the water.
