With this, you can really get the ad time down to a point where you can be fully advertising after the jump finishes. But yeah, this is this is one of the best spills in the game if you're someone who uses iron sights, switch to ads walk it makes you very quiet so you can kind of silently push people this, agile Assault 7 stock is super great for that because of the amazing boost to ads movement speed but what I would recommend is taking off this laser so you can either if you're someone uses iron sights you can switch to the quickfire laser or, if you're someone who wants an optic you can use that last slot that you get back for the Optics so this is pretty much how I run it right here.
This is my favorite build: the Slimline Pro, the X10RR40 suppressor, the Agile Assault 7 stock, the Fennec 45-round magazine, and the Fennec rubber grip. I think this is very difficult to beat if you want. Better recoil like I showed in the attachments, just swap the X10r40 for one of these muzzles.
The bruin pendulum is great and the lesser. Comensator are both great. Bruin pendulum more for vertical; lesserta compensator more for horizontal; or an ad-walking build, I would swap out this laser just so the laser is not visible to the enemy. I'd swap this out either for the quickfire laser, which helps with ad time, or if you don't mind being a little slower to ads, which is not going to matter as much if your ads are walking around most of the time.
This is another one of my absolute favorites. This is so good, so let's tune this suppressor for real-time recoil smoothness versus ad time. We want more time. I'm going to tune it all the way down to the point where it seems optimal; this one doesn't seem to change that much, but we're going to go right.
Right, there is where handling is maximized right before the recoil is really penalized very much, so that's only minus 0.26 ounces, idle stability versus bullet velocity. Bull velocity is really low on this, and idle stability doesn't matter that much, so we're going to tune for bullet velocity. Again, looking for the optimal point where range is as high as it can get without accuracy dropping very much, that's going to be right there, mine or plus 0.65 inches, so taking this to the firing range, it's going to be similar, but you're going to see the ad movement speed is just phenomenal on this, and, while the ad times are a little bit worse, it's still pretty good.
You can still jump channel some, but it's going to be a little bit slower to ads than the other build, and it's going to have a little bit more sprint to fire than the other build, but you are suppressed, and you can ads walk around without a laser being seen by the enemies, but yeah, overall, the fennec is pretty much impossible to beat right now.
It's just such a good gun, and it's disappointing that it didn't get nerfed harder in season two. But it is what it is, so we're going to be running this for a while more. There's really not a whole lot else for me to talk about that competes with this, which is unfortunate.
Comment on sniper supports
I mean, you could start talking about things like the Vel, the PDSW, and the mx9 for sniper support, but compared to like the Chimera or the Hemlock, it doesn't make a whole lot of sense to use those weapons as sniper support, so it's just SMGs that are in a weird spot right now; it's pretty much just that you have to use the Fennec.
There is another honorable mention in this article besides the fennec, and that's the KV broadside. This is the one thing that's going to beat defending up close. I'm probably going to do a separate, dedicated article on that gun, just because I haven't looked into it at all before this article. I don't usually cover shotguns because I don't like to create ultra-toxic metas, and shotguns can become that.
Just because the meta is so small right now and it's just the Fennec, I do want to cover that new KB broadside shotgun at some point, and that's all I wanted to cover in this article. I know that unfortunately I pretty much only talked about the fennec, but that's just kind of the state of the meta right now: the fennec is just far and above the best SMG, unfortunately, so hopefully.
Hopefully with season 2.5, "Season 2 Reloaded," we'll get some changes again because this is just kind of getting boring at this point.
