News - Warzone 2 Zombies Is Over
Well, we know what's coming in season 2 of Modern Warfare 3, specifically zombies, and I don't think I've ever been this disappointed, because it appears that we're basically getting. Nothing now i'm not going to say it's absolutely nothing in content. Wise It's probably, as underwhelming as it could be, going to be getting a whole bunch of zombie things, but not in Modern Warfare Zombies.
Nope, we're getting a mode returning from World War II called Call of Duty, not World War II itself, of course, called Hord Rush, and here's a quick description of it. While your team deals with both enemy operators and the undead, only one of you needs to be within the hard point to keep it captured.
This is easier said than done because mowing down a zombie gives you a small chance to acquire a pack-a-punch weapon as well as three zombie powerups, including max ammo and insta kill, the latter of which only affects the undead kill streaks, which are also available if your undead disposal skills are first in class.
Every five zombie kills equals one operator kill point for your purposes of acquiring kill streaks, essentially multiplayer zombies, which is pretty cool because I have heard really good things about the World War II mode. I've actually never played it, so I'm in a way looking forward to this. Moving on further in the blog post that has been released, we have a bit more information about the Zombies mode, and a lot of it is a bit disappointing because quite a big chunk of it is in season, and what does in season mean means season 2 reloaded.
The Dark Eternal Story Act continues The Operation Dead Buol Strike Team is tasked with confronting a new anomaly in the Exclusion Zone. Enter the second Rift and face down the largest infested stronghold you've encountered as you enter a new and terrifying riff, unlock prestige levels to acquire zombie challenges, and gather three new schematics to aid your progress.
And then, boy, we're getting another warlord. But the funny thing with all this content is that as we move forward, the dark ether story continues, Midseason. I can't enter the second Rift midseason with new schematics and challenges, midseason, like what, and I guess one thing to mention is that the schematics are actually kind of cool.
We're going to be getting a VR11 schematic, which is pretty cool. We're getting a brand new thing called mags of holding, which I'll explain in a moment, and the blood burner key, which will basically give you the blood burner to quickly describe the mags of holding. Who has time to reload? Not you if you've activated the mags of holding, which allows your ammunition to feed directly from your weapon's ammo stash, essentially eliminating the need to reload your weapon.
I think that's pretty neat. Also, we're going to be getting the warlord, but mid-season is going to be absolutely jampacked. If I have to be completely honest, we're going to have so much content, and I guess that's one of the positives, but I think it's such a shame that they're not really coming out with anything at launch.
Like I said, they really like it specifically for Modern Warfare Zombies. Apart from probably very obvious fixes, they're not really coming out with anything good, but we are also going to be getting a war zone mode; it's called Zombie Nests. Eradication. Contract, which is supposedly limited in time, and it's coming out at launch.
Operators should be aware that recent seismic events may be linked to increased undead activity across the island; therefore, a new and temporary eradication contract has been issued to all available operators. Investigate any corpses you find following tracks to a zombie nest of localized zombie activity; they are infesting the island; destroy the cysts in any zombie hvts.
Before the contract is complete, the exact type of HVT may change depending on time and other factors. You can also get Wonder Weapons inside the war zone, and on top of all of this, zombie powerups are also coming to it. A selection of zombie-based powerups are coming to Call of Duty: War Zone for a limited time, buffing our operators.
In addition to the perks, you've already chosen seven zombie powerups. Four familiar and three brand new boys—how fun that zombie powerups—brand new ones are coming to war, zone. Are available across the map and are found by opening certain cachets or eliminating rival operators. These powerups are instantly familiar; look for the hovering glowing objects and move into them to automatically collect them, but what powerups can you expect to wield?
Glad you asked; there's double points. Full armor, max ammo fire sail, and here are the brand new ones. Looting spree 60c duration adds bonus items to cachets with a very high chance of a bonus common item and a small but significant chance of additional legendary items. Z zaror. Okay, a 60-second duration increases movement speed by around 25%.
With infinite tactical sprinting and reloading while sprinting, which disables fall damage, and lastly. Undead sight, 45-second duration: operators or AI enemies within the range of your vision are highlighted in red and friendly squadmates, and Blue Tracker footsteps are active. I get it; these only really work for war zones, but come on, man, what is happening?
What has happened to what has happened to Modern Warfare 3? It started off so strong, like it did; it started off insanely strong, specifically for zombies; it was leading up to be just so good, and then they were like. Yeah, no, let's start adding stuff to War Zone from zombies and multiplayer. That's fun Also, another piece of news: we're going to be getting a sword.
I guess that's pretty cool for The Walking Dead, Crossover, a chainsaw on a gun that looks pretty cool, and some Gears of War stuff, but yeah, I am just disappointed. Battle Pass looks pretty cool, like they're all zombified. I love when a season is extremely zombie-themed to the point of getting a zombie in the battle pass, and the zombie mode itself gets no content until mid-season.
I'm okay, we're okay, this is fine, we're fine. Cod 2024 is coming out soon, yeah.
