News - Season 2 For Warzone 2 Was Revealed And It Looks Incredible
I can't lie. Sledgehammer. Cooked. This season they cooked, and this looks like one of the best seasons in terms of content. I've ever seen. I'm going to go ahead and throw up the road map on screen here. As you can tell from the picture, there's just a lot of content here. I've seen some road maps for Call of Duty where it just looks dire, like there's just not many like boxes there, but with this, there's a lot; there's actually just too much to unpack, so I'm just going to quickly go through all the important things that I see for this, going from left to right.
The first thing is obviously Fortune's, which is being brought back as a resurgence map. Now we knew that this was coming back. I think Cod confirmed this, along with Rebirth Island. I'm pretty sure Rebirth Island is supposed to be season 4, but at the moment we've got Fortune's Keep, which I'm actually excited for the opportunity to play.
I didn't get to play it much during Vanguard's life cycle, so I'm happy for this. The next thing that I noticed was zombie stuff, so there's Wonder Weapons coming there with zombie powerups. As well, I noticed the ray gun on the road map, and I also saw a picture in the blog post, Of a Wonder Wolf.
Now I don't know how Wonder is going to work in Resurgence, but that should be fun now that the final thing for War Zone has me really excited. Is war zone-ranked play for resurgence? Now I know a lot of people are probably going to be upset that normal-ranked players are in the infa war zone, and I'm kind of confused as well why they started off with Resurgence, but I don't really care.
I mean, you guys know I prefer Resurgence anyway, so unlucky in terms of weapons, we got the BP50, which I think was in Vanguard at some point, the ram 9, which is an SMG version of the Ram 7, the SDA Subverted, which is a marksman rifle and a sword, and I think there's seven aftermarket parts total, one of them being an underbarrel chainsaw, and the ninja vest, which is basically, you know.
Ninja for a vest; it eliminates footsteps and has some added bonuses like throwing knives and stuff. Nobody really cares to be honest, and there's four multiplayer maps coming in this game as well, so there's going to be three on the launch of season 2, which I talked about yesterday, the Stash House Vista and departures.
And there's also going to be Dash House remastered in season, so if this is what I was talking about yesterday. I said that Stash House kind of sounds like Dash House, and I was thinking maybe Stash House is the remastered version, but no. I was being an idiot. It's just D. House there's also two variant maps, Skid Grow and Airborn, which are the ones I was talking about yesterday as well; they're like overgrown variants of existing maps.
I'm kind of confused by that one. I don't really get the point. Last but not least, we've got Rick Grimes in the battle pass, which is just a funny phrase to me. You've got some Doom Part 2 stuff as well as a haran. Trooper person, I don't really know where we go. That's everything on the road map that I think is important.
There's obviously a lot more stuff there, like bundles, a couple game modes, and some zombie stuff, and apparently people are very disappointed about the zombie stuff. I think because most of it is in season, yeah, on the launch for season 2, there's not a single zombie thing coming, which is outrageous to me.
Now that I'm not somebody who enjoys zombies in this game, I'm not going to go ahead and hate it because I haven't played it properly. But these zombies I haven't really got much interest in, but the fact that there's nothing coming of the launch of season 2 is so funny to me. I mean, the reason I find it funny is because I'm pretty sure one of the people who works on Modern Warfare Zombies went ahead and said something like they tweeted out something.
We're cooking for season 2 zombie content or something like that, or it's going to be really good in season two, and there's nothing there, there's nothing there, what the There's actually more zombie content at the launch of season 2 for War Zone than there is in zombies, that is, but yeah, overall, my thoughts on season 2 for Modern Warfare 3 are incredible.
It looks really, really good, and I'm really happy with it. I mean, everything is there for me. we've got war zone side of it we got fortunes keep being added a couple zombies things to mess around with war zone ranked which I'm pretty sure is supposed to be coming out on the launch of the Season then obviously for the multiplayer as well we've got three brand new 6v6 maps on the laun, which I think is actually the most, amount of maps we've seen in a season for as long as I can remember at least I can't remember the last time we had four Maps coming and yeah three of them are original and then one of them is Dash house as well which looks fully remodeled, like it's not just a port which I'm kind of disappointed about I like the aesthetic the original one but this one's like on top of a construction site or something which I don't really understand I mean, you know.
Das Haus isn't that like the house in German. And it's all a skyscraper, but regardless, it's the same map, and I'm happy that it's back. Obviously, the other maps seem pretty good as well. I mean, I've literally seen a panoramic view of them in a trailer, so I can't really judge how good they are, The [__] what you.
What are you doing? I mean, I have faith in the sledgehammer and the map design. I mean, they made Rio, which I'm playing right now. This is a solid map, in my opinion. I really like it, and again, they also made grease, so I don't know. I guess they set it to 50/50, isn't it? I'm personally really excited for it because, like I said, it has everything there for me.
The only thing I'd probably comment about is the weapons, but I could understand why they always add ARs and SMGs, like they're the most popular categories, so I can see why they do it. It just kind of annoys me when it's just always sore off as SMGs, like every time the other thing as well as the SMG is the ram 9, which is the SMG version of the ram 7.
I feel like if they were going to be sort of lazy about a weapon they could have in another one perhaps, but then again. But that's the whole point of the weapon platform system, plus look at all the other content in the game, like if everything else was light. I'd understand, but no, at this stage.
I'm not even arguing with it; I'm literally arguing with myself. I brought up a point about something, and now I'm just talking to myself. I don't even know anymore. I'm losing it, honestly. I just got off playing ranked on Moder Warfare 3. I don't really know if I enjoy it in this game, to be honest.
