Intro
So I'm doing something a little different in today's article. I'm taking an assault rifle and turning it into an SMG. Honestly, this thing reminds me a lot of the AK74U. Not necessarily in performance, but definitely in a visual, look kind of gig. The SVA 545 has a lot of attachments that actually attribute to movement, and overall, just turning into an SMG as a whole.
I'm going to be honest, it's pretty dang good, and lowy, it might be better than a lot of the SMGs in the game, hence why I think it may be a secret meta. If you guys want me to do this article.
Secret smg build
Let's get into it. So we're going to start our build here with the FSS Ravager 45. Stock giving us a large increase to aim down sight speed and Sprint to fire speed also gives us that attack St spread stuff but that's not really what I'm interested in here so there's technically a stock that does give you more aim down sight speed but let me tell you that recoil is hard to control so I'm going to leave that up to you if you want to do it you can this also hits recoil control but it's still very manageable the way I have it built out you can take close range and medium range gunfights so as you can see here we're getting a 4.4% increase to aim down sight speed We also get a 5.7% increase in sprint fire speed and then some other various things.
But as you can see, we are losing some recoil control for the rear grip. We have the Citadel grip, which gives us gun kick control, aim-down sight speed, and recoil control. My God, what a perfect attachment! Recoil control and aim-down sight speed—what more could you freaking ask for? And it's not like a small amount of recoil either; we get 10% of the gun kick control, 7.4%, towards the horizontal recoil control, 7.9%, and towards the vertical recoil control, along with 6% added to your ad speed.
So for the gameplay you're going to watch, I'm not running a magazine. So you can, if you want to, just keep in mind that you are going to slow it down if you go with one of the larger ammo sizes, but personally. I was going with the third here, but I feel like I needed to cover it just a bit for an ammunition type.
I'm going with the 545 low-grain rounds because they're going to give us a large increase in recoil control, which I do feel is necessary on this weapon with all of the recoil loss that we were kind of sacrificing. Here, we'll cover it further in the article. I feel like it is necessary. It's necessary here to gain some recoil back; it's only some small values, It is going to hit your damage range but honestly the damage range still sits at 21.6.
M which is going to be within that viable range for an SMG that's a lot higher than, every SMG in the game still even though we're building it out for an SMG so keep that in mind it's still got assault rifle damage for an under Barrel here we have the Brewin pivot vertical grip and that's going to give us even more recoil control so you don't necessarily have to run this one you can go with something like the skeletal grip here but your values are going to be much lower and I found much more success while going with the pivot vertical grip here I'm just going to cover the statistics; you can see exactly what I'm talking about: 16.1% toward gun kick control and 13.3% toward vertical recoil control.
100% necessary, in my opinion. I find that it shoots much straighter, especially at ranges, while running this under the barrel. I'm not going to say it's the most important attachment, but when it comes to recoil control, there are some pretty good numbers you're adding there, and our last attachment, which basically turns it into that SMG, is the NT quietus suppressed barrel; it's really short, giving it the appearance of the AK74U.
So it gives us aim-down sight speed, sprint-to-fire speed, aim-walking speed, and also has that built-in suppressor to stay off of the mini map. This really does hit your damage range and bullet velocity, but you're not going to be targeting a long-range gunfight with this build; you're going to be running around with it like an G, so keep that in mind.
So we're going to actually remove the camera here so you guys can see what we are getting. Obviously, there are a bunch of movement speeds. Movement speed Crouch mov speed ads movement speed along with 7.2% towards the aim down sight speed and 10.3% there towards the sprint to fire speed. I had a ton of fun playing around with the attachments and ended up coming up with the final product of this build once again, if you guys want to see some other weapons turned into SMGs.

Guys, enjoy it, so hear me out. I turned the SVA 545 into somewhat of an SMG. Here we have insane movement. Wait till you see some of the gunfights. Wait till you see some of the shots. Look at that aim down side speed, I mean. I mean, goodness gracious, they're going to spawn behind me right here.
I think, nope, they didn't spawn right there behind me, I think, but I still think now they're going to spawn behind me on my right here, the lead. I was wrong; it doesn't matter. We're cruising around this map. I'm so down. I enjoy making builds like this. You know what I mean, like not going to call them meta, but like, They're super fun.
I mean, I cruise around the map with this thing, and it's still got like AR tendencies in a way, like you could still take AR gunfights. We're also not running the swarm in this one, so that's not going to be the goal for this article, and we're not running this war because on these small maps, people die too quickly, and when they die too quickly, you don't end up getting actual kills with it; it just kills you.
