News - All 10. Camo Event Challenges & Rewards Showcase. Warzone 2 Season 1 Events
All 10+ camo event challenges revealed
Welcome back to a brand new article today. What I have for you guys is that we're going to go over all 10 different camo events and challenges that are going to be coming in with the Modern Warfare 3 season 1 update we have one that's out right now which is the sand and spice one but after that we have the holiday event and even after that there's going to be other events such as the vortex one, there's going to be a magma camo event, and so much going on, and we got a bunch of rewards, and as cosmetics, that I'm going to be showcasing in this article, just a couple of announcements.
We don't have that many entries, so you'll have a higher chance of winning, so definitely make sure you enter that I'm doing it with subliners. And speaking of that, I did upload the top five meta loadouts in War Zone over on their YouTube channel. Be sure to check that out. These are all the best loadouts that you could currently use in War Zone that I also personally use.
So since the launch of Modern Warfare 3, we have started receiving brand new camo events.
Mw3 season 1 weekly event challenges explained
These are weekly events where all you really needed to do was gain XP and some camo. Currently, right now, we have challenges that you would need to complete; the others would just require that you gain XP, and once you gained enough XP while playing, you would end up gaining the master reward, which is some sort of camo.
Currently, right now, we have the Dune sand and spice camo that is available for you to unlock; that's going to be going up until the 20th, and then that's going to be getting replaced with the brand new holiday event that's going to go on for 12 days and that's going to be ending around New Year's, and when that ends, there will be a different event that comes in and replaces it with its own set of challenges and rewards.
And it will consistently happen. This will keep happening during the duration of season 1, meaning that at any given week there will always be something for you to grind and a reward for you to unlock. All these camos are only here for a limited time, so if you don't get them during that week, you'll never get to see them again.
Windfall & magma animated camo events
What makes this interesting is that over 10 different camos were actually revealed in the season 1 update, meaning that there's going to be a whole lot of events. So after this new sand and spice Dune camo that we have right now, you can expect that it's most likely going to be this windfall camo, which is an animated camo, and because it's animated and probably one of the best camos we have available right now.
I think they're saving it for the biggest event this season, and that's going to be the holiday CMAs event. I did talk about that event in yesterday's article, but this is the expected reward that you'll be able to get from it, not guaranteed. But at least we know that with camos, they're usually going to be free rewards, especially with Modern Warfare 3 and how they consistently keep adding camo challenges and events for you to do, unlike the typical XP goal that you have to get in order to unlock camos.
I think this one will involve challenges that you will need to complete in relation to the Codm Miss event if you're interested in knowing about the challenges. I covered that in yesterday's article as well, but this is just the first camo jumping into the second camo. This one is also going to be animated, and this one is called the magma.
I believe this is going to be available and tied to the vortex, LTM. That is going to be the next big event that we will get in the game. I'm going to guess it's going to be around January before the midseason update and the boys event come in. We're going to receive this event after New Year's.
I will have a dedicated article on exactly what you're going to receive with this event because it is a big one, but it's going to be merging zombies and multiplayer. You have the ray gun in multiplayer in a free-for-all mode called Vortex. By playing that mode, you will end up being able to get rewards, and among those rewards is going to be this brand new magma animated camo, so that is going to be a free item that you'll be able to get, which I think is a pretty sick camo. The next one that we have is called the ductile.
Other camo event rewards showcase
Place a gold camo. I'm not entirely sure if this will be part of an event. It looks sort of like the CDL camo that we saw in the pass, and my guess is that they might do a CDL type of event where if you play ranked play and gain XP in it, you might end up being able to get this reward, which is going to be the ductile plate camo.
That could be a way that they will do it; I am not entirely sure what they have planned for, but regardless, this is a camo that they added with the season 1 update, which will be available for free at some point in some way. The next one that we have is called The Velvet Radiance, Camo. This one looks sick, but unfortunately, it is not animated.
My guess is that this camo, as well as the next ones I'm about to show you, are going to be minor events, so the ones that just pop up for like a week and then all you have to do is just gain some XP, and you'll be able to unlock them. That's what I'm going to guess for the rest of these, but the next one that we have after this one is called The Flying High Camo, and this is what it will look like—not animated; either looks like a regular type of camo, so my guess is it's probably not going to involve any sort of big event.
The next camo that we have, this one called the tiki camo, could be a part of its own event as well. It is a blue camo with that whole Hawaiian flower vibe going on with it, but this is just what the camo will look like. The next camo that we have after that is called Forest Gloom, once again a bland camo that is not animated.
This one has sort of like trees and leaves, and that whole forest look going on with it, but that's just what the camo will look like anyway. The next one that we have is called the Airic. Royal camo—not entirely sure if I even said that right, but this one looks a little bit better. It has a very bright yellow, you have lines, and it looks like the camo is damaged a little bit.
It definitely stands out from the last couple that we ended up seeing just based on how bright the color is and what it looks like, but the next camo that we got is called the Hard Target camo. This is a black camo with a couple of engravings, lines, and designs going on; they're not really that easily distinguishable.
