News - Mw3 Season 1 Road Map Confirmed. All Leaked Mw3 And Warzone S1 Rewards
All right, guys, so today we're going to be looking at the season 1 road map in Modern Warfare 3. Yes, you heard me right about the season 1 road map in Modern Warfare 3. this early, when it's not due to be released, Season 1 as of the 7th of December. We've still nearly got two months till we're going to be seeing season 1 of Modern Warfare 3, but a road map has been leaked, and it's some very interesting content that we're going to see in season 1, which is fantastic, and it's a lot of stuff that we guys as a community have been asking for.
Of course we've had Modern Warfare 3 Bet over the last two weekends, and to be honest with you, it was a lot of fun, and now it is quite depressing playing Modern Warfare 2 again. However, we've got the haunting event, so it's given us something to play for and get, including some of these lovely rewards, including that super rare skin that we'll be able to use as of next week and get with our soul points.
Well, that being said, let's jump right into it. So, of course, during the beta, there were a lot of leaks for different parts of the game stuff that's going to be coming into multiplayer, different maps, weapons, etc., and there was actually a massive leag from season 1 to season 6 on potentially what we're going to be seeing, but there wasn't too much information.
That was leaked, and we knew that we were going to get some stronger information coming up to season 1 and the launch of the game. Now, in regards to seasons 1 to 6, we saw that season 3 was actually going to be Modern Warfare Advanced Warfare themed. Now, people would be skeptical about that because Advanced Warfare did have very mixed reviews.
I enjoyed the game personally. I thought it brought something fresh to Call of Duty. Yes, it was boost jumping around, but it didn't bother me that much, and the leap was that there's actually going to be four DLC weapons coming in season 3 that are from Advanced Warfare, so we're going to get the EM1 and the Asm1.
Ams1, should I say we're going to get the Moos and we're also going to get the bow 27, which the bow 27 is hands down one of my most favorite weapons within Call of Duty, and the obsidian deed in that game was Unreal because obviously we had the weapon variance back then as we had the supply drops.
Now, does that mean supply drops are going to come into the Modern Warfare season when it is Advanced Warfare themed? Of course, potentially, we will be getting advanced warfare maps because we are supposed to be seeing between three and four multiplayer maps per season, and we are supposed to be getting four brand new DLC weapons each season as well, which obviously will be able to be played on and used on both the multiplayer and on War Zone and zombies as well.
But with that being said, people were probably thinking, How can advanced warfare maps work in boots on the ground? Of course, I get that it works with jetpacks. And there wasn't really much stuff on the maps that you probably would have noticed, but I did notice a lot on there, and as some other players might have done, there were a lot of ladders that were usable.
In the game, you could actually go ahead and climb up these ladders, but people didn't just boost jump, so the maps would be adaptable. It's as though they already pre-planned those maps, ready for the future. It's as though they already knew exactly what Call of Duty they were going to be fetching out each year and how they were going to go about it, but like I said, there's going to be a few maps coming from there, but that's not what you clicked on this article for.
You did click on this article for season 1 and the road map now. I saw a leaked image of the road map last night, but then I kept seeing this image over on social media of this exact same road map multiple times over and over again, so I'll throw it up on the screen so you guys can have a quick look.
First of all, we'll have a look at the new multiplayer map, so we're actually going to be getting six multiplayer maps. By the looks of this. I don't know if it's going to be three at the start and then three at reload because Call of Duty does like to split the season in half, so you get half of the content on the first half of the season and another half of the content on the second half, but your battle pass continues all the way through; nothing changes.
It's always a 100-tier battle pass, but in regards to the multiplayer maps, it looks like we are going to get Aradan. We're also going to get a hard hat. Is the ACR, as it stands in Modern Warfare 3, from the beta weekend that we had, but actually the new weapons coming into the game are going to be the ACR 6.0?
We're also going to get the MSR and the G36C. And also the UMP 45, which are all four fan favorite weapons, and I can see this being a common theme in every season. I feel like we're going to get a lot of fan favorite stuff in the game right at the beginning, and then each season they're going to improve that and actually give us a lot more content, a lot more stuff that we really did enjoy in Call of Duty in the previous Modern Warfare eras, even Call of Duty Ghost and advanced Warfare content.
I can see a lot of that coming into this Call of Duty. So in regards to the battle pass guys, we're going to see Captain Price, we're going to see Ghost, we're going to see mov, and we're also going to see Shadow Company as new operators. So we see Ghost and price quite a lot, and we do see a SH.
We have had Shadow Company before in Call of Duty: War Zone as our operator skins, so that is definitely going to be coming, which is good for that to continue. Then we're going to go ahead and get the Wonder Wolf DG2. For the zombies, we're also going to get the SLI, fire, and we're also going to get a new perk called Vulture Aid, so there's going to be three new content items in zombies, and then there will probably be a few more than that as well, and then lastly, in regards to war zone, we're going to get the new war zone map in season 1, which we already knew, and we're also going to get the new war zone gameplay features as well, so everything in regards to war zone all drops in with season 1 on the 7th of December, which is the date that we are going to be looking at now.
This looks really exciting, and it does give a bit of an indication of what could potentially be happening. Like I said, there's a lot of content already in the game that's come from previous Call of Duty, for example, previous maps, etc. So given the fact that we're going to get a lot of previous maps going forward into the seasons, there could potentially be, like I said, a Cod theme season per season, so we'll get a Cod 4 season, we'll get a Modern Warfare 2 season.
