In this article, we're going to take a look at 29 different free rewards that are available to unlock this weekend for both Modern Warfare 2 and 3. So to kick things off, if you didn't know, some of the items that were available to unlock from watching the Call of Duty endowment code Bowl stream last week are still available to claim now.
They need to be redeemed at profile, callofduty. Com. Promotions. Redeem code, and the first three will unlock a 30-minute double battle pass XP token, so an hour and a half total, and the fourth code will unlock this endowment gold weapon charm, all of which can be used in Modern Warfare 2 and War Zone once redeemed.
Now, by actually playing the beta itself, you can also earn more battle pass XP tokens as well. According to the beta blog post from Call of Duty themselves, you'll earn a 1 hour battle pass XP token for each day that you play at least one game of the beta, up to a total of six tokens, or 6 hours of double battle pass XP.
Each of these tokens will show up on your MDB 2 or War Zone account once the beta ends on the 16th. To log into the beta, you have to open up Modern Warfare 2 or War Zone, and by doing this each day, you'll also be claiming one of the 20 years of Call of Duty login rewards as well. If you haven't already been logging in each day for the past week, then unfortunately, you are a bit late to the party here and won't be able to get all of the rewards on offer, but there is still a chance to get a few of them.
You get one reward for each separate day that you log into the game, and these are the rewards that are on offer, so the first day you're going to get the villains expedite 12 blueprint, then you're going to get the Black Ops emblem, then you're going to get the Sentinal Task Force weapon vinyl, and next is the 2009 FS loading screen.
On the fifth day, you'll get the heroes FTAc Recon blueprint. The next day, you'll get a battle pass for T Skip, and then on the final day, you'll get the old-school skin for Captain Price. From playing the actual MDUB 3 beta itself to leveling up during the weekend, there are eight different rewards that you can unlock.
These will be usable during the beta itself and then also when the full game launches on November 10th. So at level two, you unlock the appetite wet emblem. At level seven, you'll unlock the operation beta weapon charm; at level nine, you'll unlock the beta tester calling card. At level 11, you'll unlock the MDUb 3 weapon sticker.
At level 15, you'll unlock the beta weapon vinyl. At level 20, you'll unlock the beta Ripper blueprint for the Rival 9 SMG. At level 24, you'll unlock the beta-proof weapon sticker, and then finally, at level 30, you'll unlock this crashed T dummy skin for operator Jabber. If you're looking to get all of these unlocked quickly, I recommend jumping into the ground war.
This, by far, seems to be the fastest way to rank up and maximize your gains. You want to run the Munitions box field upgrade, which will give you XP each time a teammate resupplies from it. You want to go to your kill streaks and change them over to score streaks, and then choose UAV and counter UAV so you get all of the assist XP when you have those up.
Once you're in a game, obviously, you want to try and get as many kills as you can, but you also want to capture as many flags as you can to get XP from doing that, and if you get kills while you're near any of these flags, you'll get extra XP for attacker and Defender objective kills. Overall, it's not going to take too long to reach the max level, even if you're only playing during the final couple of days of the open beta.
You're still going to have enough time to reach that maximum level. Moving on, there are also four other rewards that you can unlock for Modern Warfare 3 via Twitch drops; unfortunately, these rewards aren't available during the beta, but they will be usable once the full game launches. So what you need to do is make sure that your Activision and Twitch accounts are linked together, then you need to head to Twitch and find a live stream that has these drops enabled.
After watching for 30 minutes, you'll unlock the desk decor loading screen. After an hour, you'll unlock the kill-feed weapon charm. After 2 hours, you'll unlock the Let's Fight Weapon vinyl, and after 4 hours, you'll unlock the Danger full blueprint. Now, this watch time doesn't need to be all at once, and it doesn't need to be from the same stream.
If you're watching someone and their stream ends, then you just need to find another one that has these twitch drops enabled to keep it progressing. Once you've watched for long enough to unlock a specific reward, you just need to claim it from your Twitch drop inventory, and it'll be ready to go once Modern Warfare 3 is released next month.
