News - Warzone 2: How To Unlock The Chimera The Fastest Ways Possible

How many ways can you unlock the chimera in modern warfare 2?
Now let's talk about Modern Warfare 2's fastest ways to unlock the Chimera, the assault rifle. There are three different ways to obtain this right now, two of which are more visible. The third one is kind of like an asterisk—something that you can do but is not necessarily needed.
Now for those two front-facing and visual ways to unlock the Chimera, it comes down to challenges in both multiplayer and DMZ, or kind of in DMZ; we'll come back to that in seconds.
The fastest ways to unlock the chimera in multiplayer of modern warfare 2
For the multiplayer Challenger, he's tasked with including two operator kills in 15 different matches with assault rifles.
So for context. So, you could drop in and get progress in any of those three modes, but it has to be on real players and real players alone. But the beauty of this challenge, especially right now, is, well, shipments. Here, baby, if you think you're not going to see two kills in the first 30 seconds of shipment, you're crazy.
That's going to be all the action there, and it's something you just get in and get out and speak about, which is what makes that even better; or, if you're somebody who's grinding camos, it might not be the best experience for the next few days because I'm sure a lot of people will do this to you.
You can back out of your lobbies the moment you get those two kills; you can get in, get two kills, and back out to re-cue, rinse, and repeat; I'm talking, you might not even be in games for like 15 seconds. I played out a few quick streaks and then I went on and still ended up getting my Chimera in 15 minutes, almost flat, and that's with backing out of games and recuing, finding a match, loading into the matches, and all things like that, so honestly, the amount of time I was in the game was probably like six to seven minutes at Max. Maybe So this truly is one of the easier unlocks you'll see in regards to the multiplayer challenges.
The fastest ways to unlock the chimera in dmz
Now, DMZ As we mentioned, I said it's kind of an unlock in the DMZ right now as it stands. The true way to unlock it in the DMZ right now is through the new location of building 21, which is a new location in the DMZ and exclusive to the DMZ.
The only problem is that it's not in the game yet. As perplexing as it sounds, the update added Building 21, but it also didn't add it before offering new keys around Al Mazara. But seemingly unlocking this via an Easter egg is something that will have to be done as either individual players or as a community because it's not available right now and won't be in the game until something else happens.
As it stands, you can't actually go to Building 21 and find that weapon and extract with it like you could for killing the chemist in DMZ and getting the m13b at the start of season one, but if that's the case, how do you get it from DMZ at all? Similar to how you could choose the m13b, Unlock You can do the same thing for the chimera.
If you have a friend, or maybe just a normal squadmate, that ends up having that Chimera already unlocked, you can have them equip it and drop it for you the moment you get into the DMZ, and then all you have to do is exfil with it in your inventory, and bam, you've got the Chimera unlocked, skipping the entirety of those 15 matches.
challenge now, realistically. You can't go wrong with either of these, and this might actually be one of the easiest and quickest challenges that we've seen in a while, so again, I did the 15-game challenge in 15 minutes. X filling can be done in under five minutes, so pick your poison. Neither are too terrible, and you can get to leveling the gun and hopefully working towards your camos really soon.
Camos are something that is bugging a lot of people as of this update. Go figure usually whenever an update comes down, something breaks, so this seems to be one of those things. But honestly, it's all relatively easy in terms of unlocking the Chimera; now, as I mentioned, there is a third way to do this, but it's one that isn't necessarily needed.
It's not necessary, but it will give you it in under five minutes, actually instantly.
Now. yes, there is a shop bundle, but save your money
that being a shop bundle now, one thing to note is that this does appear to be bugged for some, maybe for you as well, so you'll be able to buy it at attachments and such as normal, so that in theory you could kill two birds with one stone and level the weapon while also working towards that base weapon unlock.
If you do this. I've seen it happen where it will remove the progress icon for the challenge of two operator kills with assault rifles, so you won't know how many you have left. I believe it still tracks, but you'll have that counter removed and some issues with attachments as you go along, based on what I've seen, so just be aware of that.
But again, this may be your fastest way to unlock it, but with other methods, you can save your money unless you really want that blueprint, and that is the fastest way to unlock the Chimera in multiplayer DMZ or through the shop now.
