Properly managing your armor reserves in warzone 2
Management is another big tip here that really helps the time to kill in war zone 2. I mean, armor, while abundant around the map, is still kind of a hot commodity because you will be replacing plates. Much while, three-plate vests are pretty abundant as well. One tip that I'd recommend when it comes to inventory management is to have at least a second stack of plates to work with so you have six total since again, each stack is three plates; having three is of course less than the base default of five from war zone 1, but without a satchel system to hold more six.
It's kind of a sweet spot. I think. Sometimes, if I'm going through it, it's really just a bad match. I'm really just kind of a sponge for my team. I love to take more and get anywhere from seven to nine with a second extra. Or, overall, a third stack of armored plates to work with. It's not often a necessity, but having an additional three is very worthwhile.
You take one gunfight and have to replace all three, so having those backups is definitely nice as opposed to not having them, so make sure you manage that armor a little bit better now before moving on to the second half of these tips on positioning.

Positioning is everything warzone 2
Movement really isn't as important this time around, especially if you're shot at. One thing that I'm not a huge fan of but that does shift the entirety of gameplay and fights is that you can't run and play it at the same time, so you really have to drastically change your pace to heal up.
So you have to go into engagements knowing that there's that chance that you could get caught in a walking animation. If you have to replay it with a lack of any sort of main movement meta currently positioned, Is the biggest factor here ?.
The importance of the high ground in warzone 2
With this power, positions come down to things like high ground.
For sure, it gives you all the control in a fight if you're shooting down on your opponent. You force them to make a move most of the time, not a great one, but if you get hit with counterfire to the point where you have to heal up and dip out of a fight, you have that cover of verticality, whether it's the higher level of a building or a hillside.
That's time between you and that gunfight that the other player has to choose to move in and close that gap at a point where they're also very vulnerable, so it's a risk for them, not , so much for you, which is another thing that you want to take into consideration with positioning.
Using distance as cover in warzone 2
Like I just mentioned, distance is a huge factor in a lot of fights.
If you can get some life distance between you and the person, there between a lot of love to be had. time as cover if you need to disengage, where players would have to close the gap to get better shots on you. Additionally, power angles are something you want to consider as being like mounts tightening a gap in a fight through something like a window or something like that, essentially not putting yourself in an open and vulnerable position.
Bear that in mind going into gunfights and look for those angles. Look for those power positions that you can end up setting up so that you have the upper hand in those gun fights, then let's talk about some weaponry choices for me.
Utilizing the best weaponry possible in warzone 2
Rifles and SMGs are my preferred weapons right now. EBR, stuff, and sniping like that are all pretty solid for that long-range play, and then things like your Lochman sub and Fennec are pretty solid for those close-quarters engagements.
Now crafting these weapons is a different thing. You want to have a couple of attachments on almost all of your weapons. There are a few things that are definitely going to be sort of crutch attachments this year.
Managing attachments in warzone 2
Optics might be preferred as a four-times for your rifle so that you have the peripheral vision of the standard optic and you're not too zoomed in that the immediate surroundings are out of the way, but a four-times optic that gives you enough zoom that at medium range you can end up being accurate still muzzles you'll want suppressor ammunition.
You'll want something that offers anywhere from 50 to 60 rounds per magazine, or things like that are relatively standard but that you absolutely should consider.
How to best tune weapons in warzone 2
included in builds As for weapon tuning, that's another thing that's really important here because tuning can offer minimal differences, but they're subtle enough that they may just be able to help you out in gunfights. When you're tuning a weapon in that gunsmith's shop, you want to make sure you're looking for properties and tuning towards things like smoothness, good recoil, steadiness, damage range, and bullet velocity.
Speed and Flinch Resistance All things that will really help you out in gunfights and in games, and finally the last sort of main subsection that I want to talk about is situational awareness, where we have a couple of things to talk about.

Communication is key in warzone 2
UAVs and stuff isn't necessarily as abundant as prior experiences of communication, but we can make up for that. Gap Squatting up is a massive help with this. Having anywhere from one to three other sets of eyes to help you spot enemies and see where rotations may be coming from is incredibly helpful, so whether or not you're playing with randoms over just game chat or with your friends in a Discord, call squatting.
