News - Someone Already Unlocked Building 21 Dmz. Warzone 2 New Update
Access to the biological laboratory known as Building 21 will take players outside of Al Mazura and into a highly dangerous new area of the DMZ. There's a bunch of crazy stuff here, so Insider Gaming has been given footage of a walkthrough of Building 21 in Warzone 2 DMZ. The footage shows a complete walkthrough of the building, which is not currently available or accessible.
In the game, according to Charlie Intel, the developers have said that the map has not gone live yet in today's update, and Infinity Word said it's up to players to figure out when it's live and how to get into it. It's not currently known how you'll access Building 21 in Warzone 2 DMZ, but the developers have confirmed that new keys have appeared in Almazura, and with the season one reloaded update suggesting that it will be accessed via a key, it's likely that a new challenge or set of challenges will also need to be completed in order to access Building 21.
Officially, the area is a clandestine biological laboratory, and its location is classified. It's also been said that safes and special areas require key card access, so players will need to make sure they have the right amount of loot before tackling the area. Sources have said that Building 21 is accessible via multiplayer, so it's possible that the map could be a multiplayer map in the future, so there's a lot of stuff to break down here.
First off again, billions 21 is not currently accessible in the game. Someone somehow got access to it, probably through some MP glitch, but overall, what's going to happen here is that at some point in the next couple of days, maybe the next couple of weeks, we're not so sure IW is going to drop a bunch of these keys here in Al Mazura in the DMZ.
Our goal is to find these keys and then figure out where to use them, and then we'll be transported. I guess, to this location because this Building 21 location is outside of Al Mazura, so maybe we have to take a train outside of our mazura, and that brings us to this DMZ location maybe. We have to, you know, unlock an area near the airport, and we go on a plane and it takes us there instead; you know.
One of the ways to unlock this honey badger is to actually get it from Building 21 in the DMZ, similar to unlocking the M13. Now, fortunately for us, we can still unlock the Chimera through multiplayer. Through the challenges we talked about and also just buying the store bundle, but, you know, obviously the DMZ challenge might be something that people want to do, so that'll be another thing that we'll have to figure out how to do when this map is available or, when we actually find this key, and then once we actually get access to Building 21 and also once we complete Building 21.
Well, and also they previously said in the season 1 reloaded blog post that you're gonna need a bunch of free rewards, and items and I guess you know pretty rare items as well since we don't have access to it this seems like a pretty rare location you, know for completing killing bosses going through this Building 21 area you're gonna have to get actual key cards to access certain areas within Building 21 so you're not just gonna need a key to access Building 21 there are other areas within this area as well that's super top secret where you'll get more free rewards as well.
As you're probably seeing in the gameplay preview in the background of this article, Building 21 is massive. I mean, from the actual blog post, I thought it would just be a small little area that was added to the Almazara, a small little room in an existing skyscraper. In Almazara City or something maybe right below high-rise.
I thought it would just be that, but this area is so large that we have a massive, you know, first floor, so many different rooms there, multiple levels, and a huge, huge parking garage below. I mean, there are so many individual rooms there, so I think it's obvious that there's going to be a lot of stuff to explore in this new Building 21 location and a lot of loot to get as well.
What's interesting, though, is that you actually have to travel away from our Mazda to get into Building 21. It would be super difficult to actually stay there; will there be a way to get out of this area without having to go back to Al Mazura? You know, what is going on here is going to be so much more difficult than what we're normally seeing on the DMZ map right now.
I wonder what they're going to do here, like if you go to Building 21. You're going to feel trapped, and it's going to be super, super difficult, and your goal is to go there. Loot and get out as fast as possible—is that going to be the goal, or can you kind of just go there and explore? freely as you normally do in Almazra, in the DMZ right now a bunch of questions there, and in the gameplay preview we're seeing we don't have any enemies active of course it's just a preview of the map, but you know once we're actually in the DMZ and this is discovered I wonder how difficult it's going to be and what it's going to feel like.
I mean, this seems to be pretty interesting here; you know, it's not too close quarters, but it's relatively close quarters once you get into those individual rooms and the offices. It looks kind of crazy, so I can't wait for us to discover how. To get access to this, how to find the key, get there, and actually get out alive with all the loot, so I can't wait for that to be so sick unfortunately.
Though I have a feeling the loot might not be too good. Right now, you're really only getting small, cosmetic changes. and it takes a bit of effort to find these rooms, and once you find these rooms and complete a crazy new challenge, then you get a super rare clone card, a super rare operator skin, or something else that's actually worth getting because so far, what I'm seeing from raids is that they're not very worthwhile.
The rewards you're getting aren't too crazy; you're getting a cool gas skin, which I think is pretty sick overall, but that's pretty much it, so I don't want to say for sure that we don't know for sure. You know, the DMZ Air Building 21 area is still super secret, so we don't know the full extent of what rewards we're going to get or what rare items we're going to get.
But based on what we're seeing with raids. I have a feeling it might not be the craziest thing ever, but overall, again, we'll see very soon, so our goal for the next couple of days and the next couple of weeks potentially is to figure out which one they have when they drop that key into Almazra. We have to find out where it is.
I mean, we have to search the entire map to find this key and, then, try to figure out where to use the key. That's the second step. Where do we even use the key? I'm thinking about the airport. I'm thinking about where the train tracks are. Maybe we take the train there. We could take a plane.
