To do this first glitch, you will need an LTV or any large vehicle, and you will need to park it right next to the zip line, which is located right here. I tested this GL for 2 hours to get this glitch to work for you guys on console, but I'm convinced this is a PC-only glitch since the only people posting this are on it.
PC, you need to zip line up and then zip line down and spend around to the left as you descend. If done right, your feet will be glitched into the ground, and you won't be able to move. Then look up and spam the Crouch button and the dolphin dive button while you spam melee, and if you're lucky, you'll be pushed under the map.
