There's only one that's this long in this tier, and the first part is going to have you acquire a tactical camera. This one, you could actually go around and loot for it if you really want to, but I advise that you just kind of fill it in as your field upgrade because you can choose your field upgrade.
Just make sure you choose the tactical camera before you go in, and this one will be completed once you've loaded it up. Part two is going to have you take that tactical camera and set it up pointing at the underpass in Rohan, essentially. You're going to go over to that underpass, obviously, and it's going to be a denied zone.
I just went down underneath, basically, where you first enter through it at the ceiling, and I was able to get the progress moving on to Part 3. Part 3 is going to have you snapshotting. Five enemies in Rohan's oil with a tactical camera now do not have to be in the underpass, and you won't have to worry about that at all, so you can actually go anywhere in Rohan's oil country, down the tactical camera, and as long as you're able to take a snapshot or ping five enemies while it's up, you'll be able to do it in one shot; it is a little tedious; I was able to do it in one go, but the battery and obviously the idea of other enemies that's destroying could lead you to having to have to do it multiple times; you can even mark the same enemy more than once as long as the cooldown period passes.
