If you're using a controller in Modern Warfare 3 and feel like your aim is just slightly off, you keep missing your shots, or you just feel like the aim assist is very weak, then carry on watching because this has changed the way I play this game. I'm so much more confident now, and honestly, I cannot stress enough how good this has made me feel when playing this game.

I can't aim properly, so I had to play around with my controller settings, and I must tell you now that I have found the most overpowered broken controller settings. The aim assist is so strong that it is ridiculous. This works for literally controller players, so it works on Xbox PS5 PC as long as you've got a controller.
So just in the firing range here, look at this. I'm not using my right stick at all. This is ridiculous, so if I aim at him left and right, it pretty much just sticks on him, so we could easily just shoot them. Even long-range shots as well. I kind of miss my shots, but that's just me. Look at that.
Look how strong it is. All right, let's just crack on with it. So we go to the controller. First of all, you want to obviously do all of this very standard stuff. The Dead Zone I put as all of this, so basically you turn onto the test and there on the right-hand side where nothing is moving, so it's always at zero.
That's when you know you've got your dead zone aiming. I've got five horizontal and six vertical purely because it's just better; it's more accurate to go left and right, so it's slightly slower than going up and down. My ad sensitivity is 0.75. All these multipliers, I've just kept them all at one.
Don't even bother touching those; you don't, you never really use third parties, and all this stuff, so just leave it all vertical, aim access, all on standard tax stance. I don't use tax stance. I've kept it to myself. Keep it a one because it doesn't really matter. I just don't change it. The aim-response curve type is dynamic.
I always use Dynamic; this has been so much better. I used to use linear, but I realized that dynamic is just the best one; it literally spoon-feeds you; it's such a good sensitivity multiplier. I keep that at 0.6. You can choose what you want for that. Now here we go with the aim assist, so obviously an assist is on.
The assist type is Black Ops, which I used to use. I think it was precision, and I really, really struggled with it, but the Black Ops one is so strong; that's what makes the light movement so good. Sincerely, I can't stress enough how good this is. The third-person ad correction type is on assist and then in game play, so you've got to toggle to Sprint, obviously the best stuff slide only.
Auto parachute is off because, when you're in a war zone, you want to actually choose when you pull your parachute to hold for your aim-down sight speed. Perfect, all of this stuff is pretty much just default prioritize interact; if you play War Zone, prioritize reload, or tap to reload if you're on multiplayer, apply all for your armor plates.
That's the best way, because you could just click triangle again to stop if you're plating up and you're in mid-gunfight, and all of this is absolutely normal; it's all completely default, but the main one is the aim assist. Honestly, that is the best thing possible, so I'm now just in a quick game, literally just to show you how good this is and how strong it is.
You can just hit your shots really, really simply. Let's crack, On, beautiful stuff that's that left stick, movement there he is, again another one behind that car, another one there, Nice Ah, yeah, I died there. That's my fault. See, it's just really, really strong. I was really struggling playing multiplayer, but with this, I can't tell you how much of a breath of fresh air it is.
It's so good, even for long-range shots. I know this gun is good, damn it. I know this gun is good already, but it's just that it's almost handing me the kills every time. Time, my other one, no, I died, man. This is so fun. I love this; it's making me love the game again. my, I hit every shot with that guy, so that was the best controller setting you could possibly get in Modern Warfare 3.
