News - Comms Vest Guide - What Is The Range. Tips & Dmz Season 3 Gameplay
Communication is one of the most important things in life, and now it's one of the most important plate carriers in the MC. This is the communications list.
How to get comms vest
As well, first of all, what you need to do is gather two items: Hard drives, two batteries, and one soothing cream When you have all those items, go to the nearest gas station. In the buying station, go to the border, and there you have it. Click on it, and it will automatically be equipped for you.
Alright, now you have the contest, but what the hell does it do first?
Advanced uav
Of all, it makes every UAV act like an advanced UAV, including the radar UAV towers and the UAV kill streak. killstreak, Advanced UAVs are really powerful in DMC, but they do come with a couple of downsides. Compared to a regular UAV, if there are many AI in the same area, it can be difficult to differentiate between players.
and if you're in a building with multiple levels, you won't see if they are above or below you like you would with a regular UAV. If you are surrounded by a lot of AIS, try to move to a different spot. If you're playing in a duo or a trio, get the players that are not wearing the comp vest to either ping or communicate with you where the operators are and if they are above or below you inside a building.
I think that's a really cool thing with the communications. If you communicate better with your team, it gets stronger.
Comms vest audio cue
Advanced UAVs are nice, but what makes this vest awesome is that it will give you an audio cue when enemy operators are nearby, and it sounds like this. Heads up! We're seeing a squad of operators near your position. As you saw in that clip, getting that information was very helpful; it made me more aware of my surroundings instead of getting stuck working on my contraband at the workbench.
Best carrier for solo players
In my opinion, the communicator is the most powerful plate carrier in the MC right now, especially if you are a solo player and you want to avoid PVP and fights. Getting those audio cues is really helpful while moving around.
Comms range
Alright, so now you know how to get it and how it works, but I wanted to dive a bit deeper.
The first thing I wanted to figure out was what the range was when the comps kicked in. In this clip, you can see there's a sniper on top of that warehouse. Here are the comps: Operators are near your location. I ping the enemy to see the distance. You see that there are 92 meters, but I got the comps while I was in the water, so I figured it was around 100 meters.
Just to be sure, I went back and did this, moving to my mark. Okay, this is about number one: we're seeing increased activity in the area. Stay sharp, and I'm here. I think it's 100 meters. I also managed to get some help from other operators. I got this guy to stand still while I was running back, and we were waiting for the communications to kick in.
Unfortunately, I forgot to press record, so I'm sorry, man. Thanks for the help, but yeah, it confirmed that the range is 100 meters. The UAV towers are 120 meters in radius, so it's just a bit closer than that.
The time between audio cues
The next thing I wanted to find out was what the time between the audio cues was. I really do appreciate the positive feedback. I'm already working on Medical West Part Two, which will be next. If you haven't seen my article about the Medical West, please do.
It ended up being a crazy round on Ashika, but it's worth a watch. Please comment below on which list you want to see next. I think the communications West and my next medical vest are going to be the most informative; the other vests I will also have, of course, information about, but I think I'm going to focus more on gameplay than I did with my first article.
Alright, let's get back to the clip. Ultra, one heads up: we're seeing a squad of operators near your position. Boom, one minute, so now we know that we get comps every minute if it's the same team you're fighting. The reason I wanted to know this is because I wanted to know what happened when multiple teams were in that same radius.
Let's just watch this clip, and you'll understand what I mean. Be advised that a squad of operators is near your location. I think there are two squads there. There are two squads, sir. Number one, we're seeing enemies off. As you can hear, I get comps in a very short period of time, meaning there are multiple teams around me.
Getting that information can be a lifesaver yet again, especially if you're a solo player. You know that there are a lot of people around you, and you should get out of that place immediately. Or if you're a PVP demon, you know you're about to have some fun.
Comms vest vs stealth vest
The last thing I wanted to check was if the stealth vest countered the communications vest. Luckily, I found some friends who helped me out with my science projects. We received gifts. Alright, you don't want to fight. We're making a article. We're trying out the communications list. yeah, I'm trying out the compost.
Do any of you have the first? Okay, I did, so I want to see if the comms lists work on people that are using the stealth quest, so I have a stealth vest in my backpack if you want to grab that and just wear it. Operators are perfect, so if you can just stay here and go pretty far away, yeah, all right, perfect.
Bye, thanks you still get comps if other players are wearing the stealth vest. I just wanted to be sure that was it for this article.
Stb 556 build
Yeah, and I almost forgot, here's my STB build. I have no idea if this is the best build, but it works pretty well, especially against players. For some reason, it feels weaker against AI.
Outro
Alright, see you.
