Behold, The Lochman, 556. Memory Maker This is a free blueprint, and it's actually a pretty good free blueprint. It both looks and has attachments; if you want to get your hands on it, all you need to do is log in during the promo dates to claim it for free. The blueprint is part of the Warzone 3-year anniversary promo going on right now, and it is the big ticket item so far; so far, they've handed out nothing really exciting, you know, a call-in card, an emblem, and a weapon sticker.

The Memory Maker, though, is something that players will actually want. It has a graffiti and sticker collage look to it, with various eras and maps from both of the war zones, including the fan favorite for dance maps. You've got logos for some of the better events on there too. The numbers from the Cold War numbers event actually have a glow to them that stands out in darker environments.

It's just a pretty cool callback to what we've had with War Zone so far. The only thing that bugs me is that I do not know what this Crown emblem on the optic is. I'm going to assume it's from when I stopped playing during Vanguard, but I have no clue. So if you know where this is from, please leave a comment.

It's really bugging me now. I have some good and bad news about this blueprint. Much of its look is actually embedded in the attachments, which can be a good thing because you can create some cool looks with the gunsmith. Custom features like the magazine can go with pretty much anything in stock, and the optic visually pops.

I could see the optic looking pretty sleek with like an all-black camo or maybe the phase or 100 thieves CDL skins; we have some black and red going on with that, but this could also be a bad thing because this is what the blueprint looks like when you strip all of the attachments off, or if you use alternative attachments.

And yeah, that look kind of stinks, fortunately. I don't think you'll need to change attachments on this blueprint because the Memory Maker is ready for combat straight out of the box; it's actually kitted with attachments you would use in Warzone. Now, I don't know if the Lochman 556 is meta in Warzone; I've been grinding ranked multiplayer, so I haven't been on Warzone much as of lately.

If I had to take a guess, it's probably not meta, but the Memory Maker is definitely viable for long-range engagements. It's got the low recoil and the bull of velocity boost, and you could easily tweak the muzzle for the suppressor to handle the high velocity rounds without changing the look too much, and you can be competitive at long range with other meta options.

Now, to get your hands on this again, all you need to do is log on to the game, but you have to go to the store and then scroll down a bit, and there will be a free gift for. You can claim that you got the blueprint, and then it will be available until the next one rotates on this Friday. March 31st, about 10 a.m.

Pacific time, which gives you four days to claim this blueprint and then it will be gone forever now. I could be wrong on the Gone Forever part; perhaps the gifts will be added to the random gift pool and you could maybe claim it in the future if you keep checking at the store, but based on my monitoring of the store the past week, these three-year anniversary gifts are only available during the listed dates and then once the next one rotates in, the previous one is no longer available, so if you want the Memory Maker.

I suggest you act fast because it's always better to be safe than sorry. Come March 31st, the Gulag calling card will be available, and then there are two more gifts.
