The TAC 56, otherwise known as the SCAR H, is literally one of the best guns in Modern Warfare 2. The setup I got for you in this article has no recoil, an insane time to kill, and so much mobility. You need to use this weapon.

Ladies and gentlemen, for the first attachment, this is a great way to increase the overall range of your weapon without having any cons go over to the ammunition, and then you want to add the armor-piercing rounds, and then you want to tune them to give you more damage range and more bolt velocity for the next attachment.
I run this on most of my builds, and so I'll give you a variation of the attachment in case you don't want to run it. The attachment I'm talking about is going to be on the laser, and you want to add the OLED laser. This can add a ton of stability, pretty much eliminating it. I just wouldn't run any other attachment.
This weapon is really good with like four attachments, or you can run an optic, and if I were to run an optic on the weapon, I would probably run the crony. I would just increase the furnace just so there's less visual recoil. Although the enemies are going to be a little bit harder to see, you might just want to keep that at the default zero, but for me.
I'm going to max that out, and then for the left bar, you want to increase the Flinch resistance, and I believe right around there is going to be the most amount of Flinch resistance, so if we go into the firing range, you guys will see the site is very, very tiny, and there's like no recoil, so on the weapon, it's super easy to use.
For the next attachment, we are going to go over to the stock, and then you want to add the Cardinal stock, which is going to make the weapon, overall. Feel a lot better because it's going to allow you to sprint a little bit quicker so you can play more aggressively. This build is like a high mobility build; you can still use it at long range, but you can literally use this weapon as an SMG, plus we're going to get a lot of straight speed.
Make sure you guys are always strafing. The new gun fights if you don't know what the new gunfight is, it's pretty much where you walk from left to right. This actually gives you rotational aims, which make it a little bit easier to stay on target, and you worry about hitting a harder target with a tuning on the stock because we already have a lot of walking steadiness.
The weapon doesn't really bounce when you strafe, so we are going to increase the speed, so you just want to increase it by -1.94. And then we want more straight speed over aiming stability; we already have a lot of aiming stability with the laser, so I recommend you guys bring the aim walking speed to a negative 2.09.
But with the next attachment, we are going to increase the overall mobility. I'm a very aggressive player, and so most of my builds are like, "very high mobility." With that said, a great attachment to add is going to be the demo clean shot grip. I don't have this unlocked, but honestly. I'd probably run the response because the mobility is already pretty good, but if you want to go a little bit OD on it, run the clean shot for the tuning on the clean shot grip because there's already a lot of added speed on the weapon and we're going to increase the recoil and steadiness by a plus 0.77.
This is going to reduce the horizontal recoil, making it a lot easier to hit your shots on the enemy, and then you want to increase the sprint to fire speed by a negative 0.29. For the last attachment, we are going to go over to the underbarrel, and then you want to add the shark fin 90. This is just going to add a lot of aiming stability to the weapon.
Before we add it, if we go into the firing range, you guys will see there is a decent amount of sway on the weapon even though we have that laser on it, so if we go ahead and add the shark fin 90 and then tune it, the aiming stability will be plus 0.31. I was going to increase the aim walking speed, but I noticed there's still a lot of sweat on the weapon, so I just played in favor of the aiming stability, which seems to make the weapon a lot more stable, and then again for the recoil stabilization, which is the horizontal recoil, so we're just getting that increased by a plus 0.59.
This is all personal preference, but you can take off the laser, the shark fin, or the armor piercing, and then you can add a tundra barrel, which the tundrids can increase the damage range, making this actually a pretty good weapon at range, and then you get more bull velocity, making the gun feel a lot better.
We are going to be losing some shooting speed, but you really don't notice, and it depends on which attachment you're going to take off. If you take off the laser rather than the armor piercing, I might feel a little bit slower, but all around, it kind of feels pretty similar for the tuning on the barrel.
I just run the recoil Celsius up to 0.44, and then you want to increase the damage range by +0.22, so here's a great setup, but for me. I'm going to be taking off that barrel, and then I'm just going to run the armor piercing around so I can get that damage range without having that many cons. Here is an overview of the setup, and just remember, if you want an optic, feel free to take off the laser, the sharpener, or the Army piercing, or you can add a barrel in case you don't want the optic, okay.

Ladies and gentlemen, when we're doing a little bit of a voiceover, I started a little bit late, and so things are a little bit scuffed right here, but pretty much I always spawn on that back side.
I'll just push up on the left side, throw some text, and try to maneuver my way over to the spawn, and then all the enemies will kind of, like in this area, set up some crazy spawn traps. A lot of the time, they'll spawn in their own spawn, so if you hang out in this area, you can get a lot of spawn kills, and look at this: this is absolutely insane.
I can't believe this is real, so I died by the Joker once he got over here and cleaned up some enemies, boom, but I died by the Joker again. You think that's over, but no one comes over here. You know the guy should have died yesterday, but I got knifed, so come back over here and watch sh*t die by The Joker again.
You think it's over, but it's not. The joker comes back like a BBC; look at those five times I died by a joker; you know how unlucky that is; I've never even died by the joker in this game, and then I die by it five times. He's pushing me, so I throw some next to cover. The lanes you get out of Thermite are too many to see; a lot of people always push the edges of this map.
