If you want to increase the aim-down sight speed, then feel free you can it doesn't have much of an effect on recoil, but I don't really think that you should because you do get a reduction in accuracy easily if you put the 40-round mag on because 30 is not it, and neither is 20.
Last but not least, this is a personal preference, but I love using the AOT V4, and I love to tune it so that the far distance is maxed out, and here's the end product right here.
