News - 5 Reasons Why You Suck At Warzone 2 Ranked Play
Here are five reasons why you stink at range. Play number one. Your centering is seriously lacking. Study the maps and common spots to know where to place your crosshairs on the center dot, even while you're sprinting. This is important because it prepares you for upcoming gunfights, and even though Call of Duty is a twitch shooter and requires perfect centering, it doesn't guarantee a perfect KD.
Having great centering will set you up for more success in every engagement, each time you die. Use it as a learning opportunity to memorize common angles and off angles to be centered towards while pushing certain areas of the map, but for tip number two. And number two, you're stuck if you do. Number two is listening.
During gunfights, and number three, directing your team mid-game, let's take a hard point for example, making it easy to say P1 on hydro hardpoint your team, the team in Blue Goes, four down cause you sucked, giving the other team full control of a P1 in the surrounding area as you're pushing up to P1, since your teammate sucked, they looked like they were trying to push straight out of this bottom window and get destroyed by the person he'll and the person on the top bridge; however, because you're trying not to suck, push the top window and get the information on the player playing this glitch.
Now, as you notice this from the top window, you have two options: You can either a) remain in complete silence and ego chow, or b) come to your teammate, aka teammate number two, to take a water route flank, the person behind the bridge, and then start to get an early rotation over to P2, because that's the important thing over here obviously if you chose option A, and that's why soccer ranks plays.
Three of your setups stink. This tip is heavily intertwined with proper call-outs and small talk as a team, and honestly, this is definitely where I lack and where I need to improve, but this article is not about me. Okay, even though you stink at range play, let's say hypothetically your team gets four kills while set up at P3 on, Fortress hardpoint this one right here.
Someone who sucks. I won't say, wouldn't look at the minimap to see where their teammates are when it listened to comps to see what lane was open and would eventually allow the other team to find the open lane and break the money. Hill, who is P3, let's say player number one, is not listening to the coaches, Not looking at the mini map is like looking at the gate while the teammate is pushing P1 closer to the bench.
Not the best play regardless. Maps are wide open. If this team decides to hit bottom, then nobody's looking here; if they're able to go up the stairs and push, through here they'll be able. Flank the top stairs and shoot the person watching the front of the hill as well as the person in the hill.
That's a full break; the team's able to push through here and they would end up getting control, and looking back at top maps and the open gate now, if you didn't suckers. I mean if the high hypothetical holds, the person I'm talking to didn't suckers, you'd use your minimap. Use your cobs to have one person watching the gate, one person watching Top Maps, one person chilling out in front, and the other person playing their life in the hill.
There are more variations of this setup you can do after you get kills, for example, pushing out maps and getting control here as long as the other team is remaining to spawn out and is being blocked by the person at the ring. You don't have to be Shotsy on the map, although it'd be nice because you suck; you're trying to play like the pros, so be careful when you're in a restaurant at a hotel.
